Thanks so much for this video, I powered my phone off Saturday evening around 8:30pm, tried powering it on again around midnight to have the continual reboot scenario, Vodafone in the UK said that they would have to send away to fix it which I'm sure they would have charged me for, they even pointed me to a "U break we fix" shop in the high street to see what they could do, they made a big song and dance of what would be involved and how much it would cost. I was just about to claim on my insurance policy when I found this video, using the Mini C to USB adaptor that came with the phone I plugged a headset into it, did the "up volume, bixby button and power" and lo it took me straight in as you demonstrated.
A quick restore of a backup and I've lost around 2 days of WhatsApp conversation, which I'm happy to live with.
    Great video, many thanks

I have been trying for the past 2 days to get my Samsung S10 5g to go into recovery mode Tried every combination of buttons as described on the internet to no avail until I saw your RUclips post I did not have a set of USB c headphones to hand so I used a USB c adapter to USB and plugged in a USB drive then Power+volume up+bixby button and released when you see the complete Samsung S10 5g logo worked a charm Thank you Thank you very much
I also tried it with a USB cord and a power brick attached and did not get it to work but tried plugging the other end into a computer USB socket and it also worked like a charm Also tried it without the USB stick and just the adapter and cord but that did not work either

Hold volume up, bixby and power button together. When you see samsung boot screen logo release power only. You will then see the android robot briefly appear release all buttons and now you have the menu. Choose item with volume keys then hit power button to select. ONLY FOR ANDROID 11

The headset was the trick to get into the bootloader, as this Samsung S20 FE had the setup wizard fail and it had a lock pattern that you could not actually enter.
Without it,i was unable to get in via power and vol up.
My procedure, connect headset, phone booted up as was unable to power off due to it being locked, so held pwr + vol down, then when it restarted quickly switched to Vol up

S10 - Didn't have headphones, but I plugged the other end of the C to C cable into an off-brand wireless charger and it worked fine. I think it just needs something something to that works two-way to bounce a ping. i.e. Trying the same with the regular wall plugged charger didn't work.

2:19 Samsung A51: Android Recovery is not available as shown. Hold POWER+VolUp, then hold VolUp 😐It doesn't do anything. Hold POWER+VolDown: This is how it restarts. That's it. Nothing else works, it doesn't even display the percentage of charge.

So your phone is dead? You can't boot and don't see anything on the screen?

@@CrocFIX Hi! The phone froze, then restarted and is at the Samsung logo. It cannot be turned off, it does not respond to the Power button. It restarts on force reset and stops at the same place. Android Recovery mode or Safe Mode cannot be entered using the known modes. If I plugged in a charger, it started charging without a percentage, but it does nothing. SD card excluded from it.
As of this morning, all that has changed is that the phone's battery is dead, and when plugged into the charger, it already shows a percentage and is charging normally. Turned on with the Power button, then it freezes at the Samsung+Android logo at the very beginning. (Android Recovery mode, Safe Mode does not work; the battery was perfect, it lasted a very long time)
Could a hardware problem be causing the error? I saw here on RUclips that with a similar error phenomenon, they took it apart and I think the processor in the part next to the cameras was heated with a heat blower, that solved the error. Is this a permanent error, will the phone still be usable later? What is your experience? Thanks.

Hi, the c charger works for me but it does not reach the recovery mode screen. The android robot just spins to 100% but it will just go back to the Samsung Galaxy A50 screen and just keep on a restart loop. Any help, please?

Xcover Pro Android 11, OneUI 3.1 will let you enter recovery just by using vol up + pwr [no bixby] (just like a non-samsung Android)... also I don't know about other Samsungs, but my moms (A line, don't remember the model) does need this exploit but if you don't have USB ear phones a charging cable that's not plugged into anything but the phone will work in it's place, at least on my mom's phone.

Safe mode could mean an corrupted firmware (sometimes some apps are causing it) or a hardware damage. Or you did it just wrong to get into recovery. Try connect an usb cable to the computer - follow the video. Good luck

Something happened to my phone and I need answers. It died even though it was at 15%, so I put it to charge and left for a few minutes. I came back and there was a black screen with all of this white code all over it. I panicked and took out the battery since it wouldn't let me power on the phone. Once I put the battery back in, the wifi wouldn't work. My instagram wouldn't work, neither would Play Store or discord. My Lookout app says everything is okay, that my apps are safe, but to see my wifi not working on that specific device scares me. It's working for everyone else

It's still not working for me man my note 10 plus has no option to reset device tried watching over 15 RUclips videos and following instructions and it just boots back up. It vibrates as if it's going to do something then it waits on the Samsung logo for a short time, then the phone just turns back on and I get the error message [PDP] , back-up : fail , setup-wizard [FINISH]. No matter which method I try this happens. I believe it may have something to do with the fact that when I bought the phone I used smart switch to copy my s10 plus to the new note10 plus I bought. I think something went wrong during the process as my internet cut out for like 20 seconds(I turned it off like a fool). After this the phone had no play store and I noticed some of the settings i have on s10plus were missing on the note 10 plus 5g. Now I try to hard reset it and I'm I've hit this brick wall. Not sure what to do now, can someone help please.

From time to time i wipe cache and twice a year i do factory reset.
    Thanks again.
edit: i tried 4 variants: 1-usbC stick, it worked; 2-usbC ssd(adata), it worked; 3-the empty cable usbC to usbC of the adata ssd, it worked. 4th way, big surprise, the usbC to usbC empty cable provided with the phone, did Not worked. the adata ssd cable is short and alot thicker.

I've tried this combination plugged into my pc, also plugged into the wall charger, but alas I still cannot access recovery mode. At first my S8 was black screened with a blue flashing light, but after attempting multiple soft resets now even the light won't come on. I was able to view the Samsung Logo for longer than two milliseconds once, but it was simply frozen. Beyond that no matter how many soft resets I attempt, the logo flashes for a mere split second, then the phone shuts off. The only screen I have actual access to is the Blue Screen prompting a Custom OS when pressing the Volume Down + Bixby + Power. Nothing else prompts. I was able to get the Battery Charging icon to pop up once or twice (no charge shown, just the symbol) but haven't been able to get that to even pop up again all day. No button combination I've tried has worked :( I attempted Droid Kit as well but it didn't work either. The weird thing is my laptop keeps alerting me a device has been connected each time I attempt reboots while connected, but it's even doing so when I'm not actively attempting a reset. I'm assuming it means it is somewhat picking up on my S8, but because I'm having issues, it keeps reconnecting intermittently.
