I've been waiting for this update. I watched your seed propagation videos umpteen number of times. Will look forward to your newer videos on the same topic. Also, where I am the warmer temperatures of around 70 is actually winter. So will sow my succulent seed stash in December :p
They are so pretty! I've been wanting a laui but they're pretty much sold out everytime I look for it lol. Thanks for sharing your update and repotting video with us Jess! It's great to see you
Awh beautiful! I bet they mean so much more to you than the one you would have bought. Thank you for your lovely video. I might start using pumice instead of perlite now🤗🌵🤩
1:09 Hello there my question is will succulents grow in coco core I heated up the coco core in the microwave and then let it cool then I planted them in the coco core and there under a grow light in a greenhouse will this work or not ?
Great video!!!! I'm trying to sort out what soil should I use for my succulents... Some people use regular succulent soil mix, some mix it with catt litter / perlite / pumice and other grit. I have also seen people using pure Akadama.... Could you help me with that?
I use plain succulent and cactus mix. The only ingredient I sometimes add is he pumice shown, but it isn’t necessary. It is more important to water appropriately and adjust accordingly. Always water less!
Since you are my cyber mentor I planted Luia, spelled wrong, and some other guys after your seed video. The Lua is beautiful, have five, one the size of a quarter, others smaller, but perfect plants. I am still looking for a good source for seeds. Mesa garden for cactus is great but for others I get lots of none growing seeds...if they are seeds. If you have a good source in US or Canada please let me know. Hope you are well, Merry Christmas
Your Laui seedlings are freaking beauties, I’m sorry about your Colorata hopefully you can save that last one. Can I please ask where you buy your seeds, and what cactus was that? Thank you!
I know I know, I did address this in the video but I am much more likely to ruin the plant if I can’t feel what I can doing whereas my plants have never been harmed from some powder being removed, they always bounce back
@@AngelsGrove Oh I understand You now. I have OCD and that made me comment. Don't mind me. I love you and your videos. I propagated quite a few of succulents with your help.
Those hedgehog cacti are so freakin’ cute. Your seeds did really well! Thanks for sharing! ❤️🌿
Love update videos. Happy for you that your patience has such awesome rewards.
Wow you’ve inspired me to get Lauii seeds!!! 🙌🏽
How often do we need to water the seeds until they are stable and independent?

Currently growing some hybrids that I pollinated myself. Echeveria Affinis x Dusty Rose
Did you find it hard to ignore them? So much patience...
I like being very hands-on so yes haha, I did find it hard to ignore them. Worth it though!!
When do you start from seed? I have a bunch if seeds I'm hoping to sow. I love in Wisconsin.
I start mine anytime of the year because I start them indoors and can control the temperature. They like warmer temps (70+) to germinate
Thank you so much.
Now I just hands to wait for you to show me how. LOL
Love those! Where did you get the seeds?
rareplant.me it is a company from Serbia I believe so it took 2 months for the seeds to arrive but they are beautiful!
@@AngelsGrove very beautiful. Do you mind sharing the link so I can purchase?
@@kalesiawright-voulgarellis7272 that should be the link above to the website. At least it shows a hyperlink on my end.

It was a hedgehog cactus. I get my seeds from rareplant.me it does take like 2 months for them to get here though so keep that in mind
Hey 👍👍👍🌵🌵🌵🌵
Very nice I like you
Where's the plants that grew for a year and half?
Isn't the Laui supposed to be pink? I planted cactus seeds but they really haven't done much. Disappointing. Your plants are really nice. 👏
It can be pink, I think if these got more light stress they would probably turn pink.
please name with succulent plants image
I don’t think that’s a colorata lol it looks like a Cante
Oh you may be right! I planted that too!!! I might have gotten it mixed up
Oh no! Stop touching and removing the powder away from the plant. Plz plz plz use chopsticks or tweezers.
I know I know, I did address this in the video but I am much more likely to ruin the plant if I can’t feel what I can doing whereas my plants have never been harmed from some powder being removed, they always bounce back
