    How often do we need to water the seeds until they are stable and independent?

    I've been waiting for this update. I watched your seed propagation videos umpteen number of times. Will look forward to your newer videos on the same topic. Also, where I am the warmer temperatures of around 70 is actually winter. So will sow my succulent seed stash in December :p

    Great video!!!! I'm trying to sort out what soil should I use for my succulents... Some people use regular succulent soil mix, some mix it with catt litter / perlite / pumice and other grit. I have also seen people using pure Akadama.... Could you help me with that?

    • @AngelsGrove
      @AngelsGrove  4 года назад

      I use plain succulent and cactus mix. The only ingredient I sometimes add is he pumice shown, but it isn’t necessary. It is more important to water appropriately and adjust accordingly. Always water less!

    Since you are my cyber mentor I planted Luia, spelled wrong, and some other guys after your seed video. The Lua is beautiful, have five, one the size of a quarter, others smaller, but perfect plants. I am still looking for a good source for seeds. Mesa garden for cactus is great but for others I get lots of none growing seeds...if they are seeds. If you have a good source in US or Canada please let me know. Hope you are well, Merry Christmas

    • @AngelsGrove
      @AngelsGrove  4 года назад +1

      I start mine anytime of the year because I start them indoors and can control the temperature. They like warmer temps (70+) to germinate

      I know I know, I did address this in the video but I am much more likely to ruin the plant if I can’t feel what I can doing whereas my plants have never been harmed from some powder being removed, they always bounce back
