- Since moving to Tasmania in 2015 I've really wanted to head up towards the Western Wilds and into Cradle Mountain.. Mountains really capture my imagination and make me think of Fantasy.
My trip was short and challenging, so I will be back.. sometime.
Thanks to Freya for hosting me and showing me all the pretty things.

Getting out in nature is so important and in our busy lives it can be so easy to forget to do. I’m on a mission to sketch outdoors myself at the moment and it was great to see your experience. Wonderful to see such a different style of landscape!
I love the way your brain works when you do these scenery paintings.
haha Thanks! Its the only time my brain settles down a bit to be honest!!
Woohoooooo LOVE!!
This was amazing. And if you didn’t tell anyone you had no formal training I would of never guessed it. Bloody good art and technique! Keep up the the fantastic job!
Thanks Mixter! There are always things to learn!
I miss Tasmania! I have to come back to visit some time. I loved everything about it. Thanks for taking us on your little trip.
Absolutely my pleasure, there will probably be more Tassie adventures to come, stay tuned!
This is so beautiful a sketch. Incredible job.
Really loved it! Your travel journal to England is what brought me to your channel and since then I've always looked forward to your next outdoor adventure. I especially like how you are able to capture the magic of these places with your footage, commentary and artwork. Thanks for taking us along on this one and can't wait to see where you go next.

Absolutely loved this video! It was nice also to realise and appreciate where I live after you mentioned the pine forest. I think that they're taken for granted over here due to their prevalence but they really are beautiful
We do take what have for granted it is very true, Almost all of Australia is Eucalyptus Trees, and I find them boring! But... They have magic and specialness too.
I really liked this video! I think your painting is beautiful!
Thanks Bookie! Glad ya liked!
Realy you completed it very nice 👍🏼 well done
Thank you so much 😀
Love your videos! What beautiful scenery! I second what a previous comment or said about your borders, they are so distinct and cool. Would love to hear you explain your process when drawing those border tree/rock/cloud elements.
Thanks Tessa! The borders are very fun, I havent put too much thought into how I do them, but maybe I can share some insights in a later video! Cheers
How lovely!♥︎♡♥︎♡
Lol the cranked folk metal while driving the back roads of tassie seems a bit odd. That being said it’s awesome seeing this stuff and seeing you showcase the state. Love it.
Yeah, I should have chose something more fitting, but I liked it at the time lol. Thanks mate!
This is amazing! The scenery was incredible and I love how you've captured its natural beauty in your style. Thank you for sharing your quest with us, and all your insights. So inspiring
Thank you Keiiri! I think we're all going to be very excited to be able to travel again! UK here I come! :P
Hey Abel, just a heads up, i am now following you on twitch too and just watched your last stream playing the witcher. Love the content! But i noticed the game audio is in echo, like it gets picked up twice, one of them small delay creating echo for the viewers. I dont get why no one who was watching live said anything about it. Your voice sounds good though, just the game audio. Went here to say this because i dont know how to reach you otherwise. ;)
Thanks! Yeah i noticed that too afterwards, but of a shame but I’ll fix it up for next time! Thanks for subbing!!
@@AbelArt maybe a bit of a shame but doable ;) my twitch is different nickname btw. Lookkng forward to more content good stuff!
damn cool
Nice !
But music way too loud.
All or just some parts? Thanks for watching
@@AbelArt The first third of the video. (But I actually lowered the volume of my headphones). And I have to admit I prefer your comments and point of view to any music. Love from France.
Hi
G'day!
your work was incredible but at some parts of video I felt bored.
