This is the cold start od the Honda Vision 50ccm scooter. The engine was started for the first time since last year. There was a little problem with the start, but only at first attempt. Take a look.
The Honda will wake up after a long long rest.
Mine wont start (110cc). I had the same problem last winter so decided to run it all winter but the recent cold spell has killed it. There must be a sensor somewhere that injects fuel as I know for a fact once the weather gets warmer to say 18c and the suns out it will start and then run all summer. Crazy I know but thats how it is. It stumped my local bike workshop last spring.

Did you reload the battery first? No? Than it,s nice to see him start like that Few current was leaked away in that period! Nice!
No, the battery wasn't charged. I just removed it from the scooter for the winter time.
I often get this problem with my bike, even after only sitting overnight/a couple of days. Did it fix itself for you or what did you do to fix it? Any help much appreciated and reassuring I'm not the only one with this issue :p
You know, it's not a problem. It happened only once when I started the engine after a long rest (about 3-4 months). After that, every time I started the engine it started instantly.

i am experienceing this problem now seems linked to the cold weather. how have you fixed it? was it a battery issue?
