All wood surfaces were properly prepped primed and painted to match the Creamy White color and then added in the contrast with the Tricorn Black!
In the end the house is now up to date with todays modern looks!

That looks amazing. Covered up the hideous outdated red brick. Amazing how much of a difference a coat of paint can make. We had a house that was Garfield orange brick. Painted it a gray color and redid trim in white, with a support change on the front porch. Had so many people stop when i was outside to compliment how nice it looked.
    This was an amazing transformation

@swissmaid sold that one 15mos ago, unfortunately. We unloaded our primary and one of our rentals in order to move into one almost 3x the size directly on the lake. 1900sqft wasn't big enough, plus I really enjoy the water. I can tell you we did it 3yrs before moving, and it held up perfectly. Just have to power wash the house and do any tuck pointing prior and, of course, use the right paint and roller, the roller needs a long nap. Sherwin Williams is our go-to for paint always, inside and out. You should absolutely do it! I think Sherwin also has consultants that will alter a photo to show you what it will sort of look like when it's painted. Good luck!!

INCREDIBLE tranformation and I love the black window frames, and wood beams in the front of home. That "all- white-look" creates uniformity between the brick and siding, but I thought the siding could be painted a light greyish-blue? That may have been less uniform in appearance though?

From experience the soffit will never come clean as the water drips decades of dirt back down and it migrates all over the surface. It is a vent that is supposed to draw air in and through the top vent so it makes sense.
