@@Smokedogzz it's most likely renting it off the land owner. Most youtubers that do Bush craft mostly rent the land or actually purchase it
Andy, as a new subscriber I am watching these older videos because I want to watch everything of yours. As an American female, when I was a teenager in the ‘70’s I dreamed of living a life this. I love that this guy doesn't take himself too seriously, some of the other bushcrafters just get so into their gear and terms and other bullshit, its tiring, this guy clearly knows what he's doinf but he's not here to brag.

Personally, I have never had, or felt I could afford to eat so much protein in one meal. However, I'm not selfishly petty so I say good for you.

Alex Wade Well we don’t do a great deal of hunting in the UK for food...we go supermarket .
I wouldn’t hunt deer or that sort of thing no one really does ,cos we love to see the deer trot across the country roads ,we have no inclination to kill them..I think their mostly protected unlike the US.
susan brown I knows a fair few people that shoot deer and pheasants. And to Mateys first comment it’s not hard to catch rabbits, pheasants or fishin the slightest so I’m sure he would do ok
Perfect Sunday viewing, I love the cooking ones. Picture and audio on this one was really clear and crisp btw, might just be the winter light but if you've changed any settings they definitely worked

Thanks for another demonstration of 'real food' in camp! The peas and tomatoes made for fine color contrast. Also a good, sensible approach: belt AND suspenders fire starting--use every type of tinder you can lay your hands on!
