Jheenga Mirch Masala Written Recipe :
Ingredients :
Onion 1
Garlic 3cloves
Oil ¼ cup
Prawns 250gm
Capsicum 2
cayenne pepper 2
Green chilies 3to4
Tomatoes 2
Red chili paste 1tbsp
Turmeric ground ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1tbsp
Ginger finely chopped 2tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Method :
In a pan add garlic and prawns fry and dish out, in the same pan fry onions and garlic, now add red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and salt, and fry, now add tomatoes and prawns, add ginger, capsicum, green chilies, and cayenne pepper and cook and serve.
Orange Tea Bread Written Recipe :
Ingredients :
Flour 4 cups
Butter 2-½ cup
Caster sugar 2 cups
Eggs 4
Orange juice ½ liter
Orange peel 1 cup
Orange essence 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
Orange color ¼ tsp
Method :
In a bowl add sugar, cream, and butter beat well, add eggs one by one and beat, in a separate bowl add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and orange peel, now add this butter mix with the orange juice. lastly, add this mixture into the mold, bake for 35 min at 180 deg, and serve.
