Yamaha R6 Chasing 'TOAD' - Oulton Park Track Day Novice 2 Group - 11/08/21 - Road Bike Only Day MSVT

Best lap @ 10:58 a 2:07.307 - Crazy day at Oulton Park, 4 red flags on the start x4 sessions, one during the sighting lap... Things settled down as the day went on, and this was my 5th session. Bit of a rough overtake on the first corner coming out of pitlane from rider TOAD, decided I needed to get him back! 2nd time at Oulton Park riding a stock Yamaha R6 '04 on Dunlop Sportsmart Mk3's. Made some good progress on my 2nd time at Oulton knocking about 8 seconds off my previous best time. Still need to work on my body position but making good progress. Riding with my dad ahead of me on his BMW S1000RR.
Also massive props to the instructor & guy in front of him who came past, absolutely hooning around!

@@mattjones351 How do you get the lap time etc overlays? I have a Hero 7 and no Idea how to use it properly?

@@jasonfourie3714 switch gps on on the cam, and download the windows app racerender, that does all the overlays when you import the footage

I was on Dunlop sportsmart mk3’s, couldn’t recommend them enough didn’t have a single moment on them. I need something for road and track and these were perfect
