Actually u can try like this if u r interested ….soak soya beans and Urad dhal equal portion and grind it nicely . Boil yellow dhal [payatham paruppu ] with less water and keep aside. Keep ready nicely chopped onion , g.chilly, coriander leaves . Now to make thin dosa [eggless omelet 😳] pour the batter into a dosa pan [a small size dosa with moderate thin layer ] and in the middle add this boiled yellow colour dhal a small portion make it flatten, now sprinkle onion masala mix on the top and then take a chittigai pepper powder and salt pour it on the top close the lit for few mnts , it is ready. if you use non stick no need any oil but for other pan , use little ghee or olive oil to give a nice texture for the taste. Pl try it and give your experience if you are interested. It will look like exactly omelet and the texture also close to that. Try
