I married at 29 nd had a baby next year.. no one there for me to help whenever I fall in sick. I had to do all the work alone for my family.. i should getting married too earlier or not at all.. Bcz i am not healthy now.. i couldn't play with my baby too longer..i started breathing a lot. Now i understand...why all the parents insisting us to get marry soon at right age.
Fitness is the key, I got married early and had baby the following year..used to feel tired ,exhausted all the time ..used to feel breathless while walking and taking stairs..exercise and workout helped me to get fit and healthy. Work out and good diet regime is the only solution to many problems 🙂

It's not age sis! It's how we exercise and eat! My sis just delivered her 3rd baby and she is 41. It was an unplanned pregnancy but she is so fit! She managed childbirth and postpartum with only her husband and 2 small kids alone because she lives in another country.
If you need to be healthy exercise throughout your pregnancy and even after recovery from childbirth. Also eat only healthy food. Age is just a number!!!
Now also you can improve your health. It's not too late. start with exercising 10 mins and gradually increase the time to 1 hour. Exercising improves our body's ability to handle chores. I'm also currently pregnant and I stay active throughout the day. Health has nothing to do with age..
