This is so in depth! I couldn’t find a tutorial with dimensions so I really appreciate this. I’m hoping to cosplay Stereotypical Barbie from the movie at my next comic con with a box included, ill work off this design but add a way to attach it to my waist so I can walk around with it, as well as pretend zip-ties in the back like in the movie.

OR CAN YOU TELL WHERE CAN I GO TO GET IT DONE , I WILL BE DOING MY OWN BARBIE BOX AND POSIBLE KEN TOO ,DEPENDS ON HOW BAD I DID LOL BUT THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR SHARING WITH US ON HOW TO MAKE THE BOX THEYR GOING CRAZY WITH PRIZES FOR A BARBIE BOX
We use our local printer in south Florida. Unfortunately FedEx charges something like $250+ just to ship that anywhere in US. So I recommend you find a professional local printer who can print it and you can pick up from them.

Thank you! You should check your local Home Depot (or maybe order online). If no, ask worker to help you, I'm sure it will be other solution. We had a few options as well

Спасибо большое! Честно говоря, я не думаю что у вас будет такое же название материала и, возможно, вообще даже нет такого. Сходите в строительный магазин и посмотрите что есть, мы все брали в отделе утепления стен) И на сайте у нас есть полное описание того что мы делали и какие материалы использовали

What color paint did you use and from where

I have not been able to purchase any thermo ply. Everybody is out of stock. Is there anything else that I can use in place of the thermo ply, or can the insulation foam board be painted
I guess you can check more options in your Home Depot. We were choosing between 2-3 options.
