My head to toe regime is somewhat thorough as well but only once or twice a week with additional home sauna, exfoliation treatment, hands & feet treatment, intimate care + vaginal steaming and herbal tea. The rest of the days I'll just do the basics: shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, deodorant, body lotion, hairdrying, hair serum, face wash, toner, serum & moisturizer.
Sunscreen use Nehi karte ho aap?

Rinse your hair mask b4 body wash.
Make your hair up while washing your body.
If I start doing all this things my mom will probably kill me 😂 also the products you have mentioned are too expensive and normal people just can't afford them 🙄 but I felt like i am watching a vogue video which is super asthetic ♥️✌️
You can use affordable products and you can definitely do all this when you've settled in your life, have a good earning. No one will kill u then.

It is affordable
1.sensodyne brush - obvi
2.colgate visible white is ₹80 and can last for about a month
3.dove - some ₹40+
4.the scrub is expensive ₹500 but you can use sugar scrub or pink himalyam salt scrub or coffee scrub or some Coarsely ground oats scrub (anything that has a grainy texture) so this step is customisable
5.pantene shampoo is cheap
6.instead of hair mask you can use a regular Conditionar
7.the dove wash is cheap too
Overall it's really affordable man, just save some money from skipping gol gappa Or chat Or your regular Shawarma and bread omelette

Bruh it's affordable. I bought almost all her recommended products since they worked well by saving my money up. Skip some snacks, entertainment and you'll be easily able to afford them. And this girl is probably high earning,seeing her apartment and all so obviously her videos are for working people. If like me you skip out on temporary entertainment,then you'll be able to afford her products easily. This coming from a broke girl with killer mom and dad

Jus a small correction ;the application of the tooth paste on the brush is not required that much the way u have applied.... As it leads to a dental fluorosis(White dotted spots)on teeth surface...
Tooth paste application should always be like one peanut size .. That's more than enough..

I appreciate your glowing skin and the hard work filming this video step by step but the amount of products you are using is just TOO MUCH! Like soap, shaving cream, body scrub and then body wash!! OMG! That just going to strip off your body's natural oils and make it more dry in long run! This daily bath routine can only work for you, depending on your skin type and not for everyone :)

Even if we will assume that there will not be an atom left of you after death, you still have proven as a created being that there is a Creator,you proved the existence of God even if you do not believe in God.

God initiated everything and he redo too and it is evident.
this life is temporary while the next is forever eternal either in paradise or burning in Hell fire
good qualities are beneficial, and bad qualities are harmful
Be good dont be bad and refrain from sins and obey God and worship him alone in the way he wants to be worshiped and you will be saved from Hell fire and will enter paradise and be happy forever
Whoever does an atom’s weight of good will see it, and whoever does an atom’s weight of evil will see it,
or may not see it if God pardons him/her and has mercy on him/her if he/she fixes what he/she has spoiled, in the right time,
if you be bad to others you hurt your own self, also when you don't do what you should in the right time, having faith in God makes you have hope even when you are weak

We know that the son of Noah did not embark on the ark/ship of salvation, rather he climbed a mountain and drowned due to the very high tides and because he didnt follow God command.Don't be like him
spread the light teach whats good &right its best for you and for all and better than letting the wrong things from wrong teachings or bad desires and ill mind happen, prevention is better than cure.
