I use a silicone cleansing device after gym to get rid of dirt and oils, and it makes a difference. You routines are amazing, I'd love see videos about your gym routine, and what you eat in a day, etc..

Just a random info about internal cleaning, you do not need any intimate wash things for any internal cleaning. Try to use normal water it will balance the ph level n clean it too.
