And, while he's amassed injuries throughout his career, Wall didn't have any major problems in Houston. He had a hamstring issue and was shut down for the season, which could be chalked up to Houston not wanting to rush him back in a season that wasn't about winning games. Wall isn't at the same level as his All Star/NBA peak, but Washington wouldn't need him to play that way. They desperately need a facilitator/floor general and Wall is more than capable of fitting in that role (while knowing Beal's game better than any other guard out there). I wouldn't stop at only adding him as a PG though. Might I add, if he's as washed as you claim, he'd get to likely spend one final season with Washington before retiring.
