This is really good as if someone was playing a lost version of Sonic 1 from 1994. Which likely explains why it wasn’t released from the first place. Much better than the original Sonic.exe

If you will watch at the live counter you can notice how name glitches from "Dr. R" to "Paul", who is victim in original Sonic.exe story remake (And original Round 2 story, which is not Sally.exe), but didn't appear there as main character. Maybe Paul somehow already got stucked into the game and tried to communicate with player by the red text appearing some times. He couldn't remember how that happened and suffered from it.

Theory: A man who worked at Sega named "Paul" was asked to test out the first Sonic 1 Beta. His soul was sucked into the game by Sonic and he took the form of Eggman. 2 other beta testers were sucked and also took the forms of Tails and Knuckles. I'm guessing that Sonic is just a powerful and intelligent AI (that is aware of the real world) who goes insane after being trapped in the game for so long to a point where he gets entertained by torturing and killing his victims or something like that.

If there is something that I should highlight about this great work in general, it is that it does what the original creepypasta did wrong, manage to make the gameplay believable and the story that there really was a version of the game where things go wrong as the game progresses. player advanced, in addition to not having the need to abuse gore to try to generate fear in the viewer, great job man.

I believe that this is not the 1-st time this "game" happend, and Sonic is self-aware, so he went insane & started killing his friends, making his own & basically everyone. Robotnik knew that he can't change anything & can't die & regrets being someone who can feel pain.
I feel bad for him too, despite that he was the reason of Angel Island being burned in Sonic 3.
If you know anything about the og sonic.exe creepy pasta is that

This was great and very self-aware for a sonic.exe work, until the last couple of episodes, oddly. If it had kept the tone of the first bits with tails, I think it would've been great.

1. What was that shape lying down at the end of "The Hallway" before the Game Over screen after it panned away from Sonic?
Answer: Well, it was actually the player of the game, James.
2. What happened to Robotnik?
Answer: He vanished out of existence forever. No saving him, no coming back for him. Once he was in Sonic's black hole, it was over for him, and he had mere seconds to live in Sonic's black hole dimension. In a weird way he got what he wanted, to not suffer anymore, but it was at the cost of his subconscious, soul and existence.
3. What did Sonic do to Tails?
Answer: He didn't violate him in an inappropriate manner contrary to what you think. Instead, he made an incision through his back, tore out his spine, and stabbed him through the head.
4. What did Sonic do to Knuckles?
Answer: He tore off his fists and punched him in the head to death.
5. What’s going to happen next?
Answer: Spoilers. :^)
6. What couldn't Robotnik remember?

I think the reason "Sonic" un-existed "Eggman" was becuase he was asking too much about who he was, and "Sonic" thought he was a threat to his game and knew too much (Since all the souls trapped in the game forget who they where befire dying), thus having to kill "Eggman" to leave no clues or evidence.

The fear I get during these videos especially close to the end is the same fear I get when exploring the deep caves of Minecraft. Like running out of torches and materials, accidentally falling into skulk and awakening the warden, it's like im always being watched. I feel that fear there as I do here. I dunno why I do but yeah.

It's the origin of sonic.exe but that means sonic.exe is the beta version of Sonic and when he reaches his final form he turns the game into a loop an endless loop where the characters are repeatedly getting killed in an endless cycle that can never be stopped
My only problem with this is the earthbound backwards theme at the selection menu and sonic in 3d.
Otherwise, this is a excellent "remake" for the original Sonic.exe idea

After watching the entire series, I can say that this just feels held back by the fact it's Sonic.exe. A lot of the ideas would work well otherwise, but when I realized it was Sonic.EXE it just wasn't scary.

I have a feeling that there is gonna be more to this, think about it, we don't see robotnik die and he still has 3 lives compared to tails and knuckles who only had 1. Like we are prolly gonna have sally.exe stuff next, but robotnik is still alive, we dont see him die or find him dead and he has extra lives. So perhaps he will end up saving some of the sally.exe characters? Perhaps find a way to kill or atleast harm sonic?

Ngl I loved the entire ep till this one at the end, the ep is good but when it goes into 3D out of nowhere it took away it being a classic game from the 19s, a retro bloody hand could have phased in making it look like hes finna grab you instead of it being 3D sonic model which would have been way better, in all tho shit goes pretty hard and is pretty good up n till the ending of this ep and the voice acting ain't even bad it pretty good.
