Probably, I can't confirm as I only own the 1/350 kit. I can say that it is the case for HMS Astute, as I've build the HobbyBoss 1/350 kit and actually own the Trumpeter 1/144. For exemple, hull looks similar on both kits, with the coning tower directly attached to the upper hull.
