Another good fit for Tidal Gate would be the Sonic OVA intro music.

This is stage 12 btw and I'm barely halfway through the game apparently...
I'm 5-6 hours in, just finished the Serpentine mission. Granted I'm taking my sweet time but damn, this game is long. Definitely nearly twice as long as the original.
More content to play with!

This year has been especially kind to Sonic (and Sonic inspired games) thus far
I just call them high-speed action platformers

It be amazing to have an actual Sonic DLC for Freedom Planet 2. I wanted this ever since i've try the first demo and even design a moveset for Sonic to match Freedom Planet 2 but with Sonic Frontiers having officially fleshed out Sonic moveset, these too world feel even more connected i think a crossover would be fantastic

how come lilac can’t breathe underwater?? Isn’t she a water dragon?
From what I understood so far in the story, Lilac was born prematurely hence not having all the traits of a water dragon.

She's apparently a half-breed. She can't breathe underwater, but she can definitely hold her breath the longest out of all the characters

My second run through Bakunawa Rush I played Final Rush
I haven't finished the game yet or even gotten that far yet. Having to manage my channel and free time while also going through night shifts is not as easy as I'd hoped and I'm taking my time with the game. But I do plan on making a full playthrough of FP2 on my channel.

Yeah, if you equip 2 brave stones. In my case time limit (absolutely need to beat the par time to count) and no revival.
