How to Set Up YouTrack Instance in 3 Minutes

Step 1: Visit the YouTrack Website
First, go to the YouTrack website: youtrack.cloud. 🌐
Step 2: Choose the Cloud Version Plan
Next, choose the Cloud version plan. This is the best option for us because it's free for 10 users. 🆓
Step 3: Name Your Instance
Now, give your instance a name. This name will be used as a domain name for logging in to your instance. Choose a name that reflects your company, project, or whatever you like. 🏷️
Step 4: Enter Your Email Address
Enter your email address, which will be used for administrator login. 📧
Step 5: Agree to Terms
Check the box to agree to JetBrains terms. ✅
Step 6: Click on "Get Started"
Click on the "Get Started" button. 🟢
Step 7: Verify Your Email
Verify your email address to get started with YouTrack. 📩
Step 8: Set Up Your YouTrack Instance
Once you verify your YouTrack email, you'll be prompted to set up your instance. Follow these steps:
Select the data center where you are located.
Select the system language.
Complete the registration process by providing your (admin) password.
Step 9: Log In
Then, wait for two minutes and, if you don't see anything, go to yourname.youtrack.cloud and enter your admin email and password. This will log you in to your new YouTrack account. 🔑
