It's a very inviting place - comfortable & welcoming ! I could just move in & settle down - and that nice big lawn mower would make grass cutting a pleasure too ! My last home was an acre of grass & I had a lovely time riding around on my mower ! Old age forced me to sell up but that is such a rewarding job IMO ! Thanks for the video - nice to dream of a different life - I would make a few changes, but this is a charming place !
€499,000, which, let’s be honest, is half a million Euros. For all it’s charm, price it needs to be challenged. It’s a rustic property, not a luxury one. It’s in Umbria, not in Tuscany. In that price range a pool would be expected. €399,000 would be more realistic.
Doesn't matter is Umbria and not Tuscany: Umbria is absolutely stunning too and underrated. But I agree: this price isn't worth it. Are windows double glazed? Is there a well or town water? Any other things like solar panels to justify this price? Nope.
@@MrPooties I adore Umbria, and agree it is underated. I was merely recognising the fact that Tuscany falls, for purely market reasons, in a more expensive property band. Absolutely no reflection on the glories of Umbria (Assisi alone makes it one of the most extraordinary regions of Italy).
€499,000, - which, let’s be honest, is half a million euros, is optimistic for this property. For all it’s charm, at that price it needs to be challenged. Dream house, as well as the surroundings. Surely the price's unaffordable. Just the rich tourism, nowadays, can buy a more than a decent and charming house in all Italy. Sad and sadistic. P.S. I'm (very unfortunately) a new Italian poor.
What a truly pretty house! The paint colors are stunning, and the decor so tasteful and fun.

Expensive…as you say it’s Umbria not Tuscany.
Agree but 325k at most.

So beautiful!
Magnificent
Neighbors. Practically. At least you get Chemtrails up north there too. Some solace anyway...that's a hard blue in cucina otherwise in the ballpark.
Please post more info.
Price please.
