    love this! Just found your channel, I was wondering what other traditions in birthing/postpartum are in Africa? Or, it very westernized?

      Angelic Rosario thank you for reaching out Angelic. There are many other traditions in Africa but this is common from my Zimbabwean background. Other people fast the first week after child birth, some cultures make you lie on concrete flat on your tummy and drinking detox drinks such lemon and cucumber water, green tea or roots.

      Primrose Mpofu the hair is FREETRESS SYNTHETIC HAIR CROCHET BRAIDS DEEP TWIST 22". I only used 2 packs and cut them in half. Lasts at least 4 weeks in nice condition.

    How old are you ,do you have kids ,I have 2 kids but dumbu has refused to go

      Martha Rose I am 32 and I have 1 child. Dumbu is hard to shift but it can be reduced. My tips for losing belly fat and weight are:
      1) changing your mind set on how you see food.
      a. Food shouldn't be eaten because it tastes good but to fuel our bodies.
      b. Eat when you are hungry and not because food is there.
      C. your body is a temple you have to watch what goes in it. Don't eat junk, processed foods. They cause fat to build up.
      2) exercise. No need for a gym
      a. 30 mins 3-5 times a week. I favour Tiffany Rothe's small waist exercise. It's not sore on the joints but it works. Also dance exercises such as Zumba that don't require too much strain on your joints.
      b. Make sure you walk a lot. At least 10,000 steps a day.
      c. Start off with easy exercises like walking and jogging until you are now running.
      3) do not diet, change your eating habits.
      a. No sugary foods/drinks, take aways or snacks mid week. Just at the weekend until you cut down to a few times a month.
      b. Intermittent fasting. Read up and watch it.
      c. Portion control & not eating after 8pm or 2 hours before you sleep
      4) drink plenty of water, peppermint/green tea with no sugar or honey, black decaf coffee or black tea (Reduce or remove milk completely).
      I hope these tips help! You can eat anything you want as long as you watch the portions, the time you eat and exercise.
