@@TheShojibShow only for this reason I uninstalled widows 11 and installed windows 10 again, I literally use drag and drop function 100 times a day as I am a designer, don't know why Microsoft is ruining things in every update
That does work, but it sucks that you have to go through such hard work for a feature so simple. I'm considering going back to Win10 because I'm a graphic designer and I use this feature at least 50x a day
I have third method. Keep pressing left mouse button on the file and move it a little, keep pressing, next with your other hand press alt+tab, choose window or program you want and stop pressing left mouse button. Done. :)
Thank God, I saw your video. Was trying to use this feature in photoshop and failed multiple times. I thought it was photoshop problem and then googled a lot and came to know that drag and drop feature was disabled in Win 11. After following your tips, the drag and drop feature works perfectly fine. Thanks again !
There are some fixes videos out there on youtube. But if you follow them you will face problem. Like windows won’t behave normally. So I said that in the video… Wait for windows 11 update if they fix it. Or use windows 10 instead. And the last thing, they want us to use the multiple mode that’s why they removed the taskbar dragging! I clearly mentioned this thing in this video bro! There is no fixes for this.
Here is the New Windows Update that Allows Us to Use this feature without any tweaks. Check the video now: ruclips.net/video/7EULlp5ccbE/видео.html
Unbelievable that Windows 11 cannot handle such an important feature! I was using the drag&drop 10 times per day! A fix please MS!
I think they intentionally Did this! So that use their splitting windows or whatever option it called!

@@TheSanalrajan Same here bro. I hope windows 11 allows us to do it in the next updates.
@@TheSanalrajan I'm a design student, same situation :-(
I hate this windows 11, the right click is svcks you must click show more to see other right click menu. so complicated
alternatively you can grab the file, press and hold alt+tab, and shift tabs untill you're on the target tab, then release alt+tab.
Thanks man! You also helped very much~

DRAG Your FILE with Mouse
and
Alt + TAB To You SOFTWARE
Thanks for sharing the method but still it's not so useful as dragging directly to the taskbar! 😭
Also could be (win + d) to be more quickly
