Great video! Mine has ripped from the back, although it is right across just below the back pocket of my cycling trousers, I am guessing it will be the same method?
I have the Pfaff Passport 2.0 and I do love it! I've had it for 7 or 8 years and have never had any trouble with it. At some point I may upgrade to a larger machine with more bells and whistles and a larger area to fit bulky fabrics but for most applications I love my simple little machine. And it's affordable!
Thank you posting this simple straight forward instruction to repair a rip. Much appreciated.
Great tip on pulling the pocket out so it doesn't get sewn. I've done that before; more than once.
You've got skills 👍
Teeeheee, I would have sewn down that darn pocket for sure! Nice job!
Hahaha I have definitely done that before 🙈
Good, helpful. Thank you.
Im a cement mason and sew my rips with 10lb braided fishing line and press in some rubber cement. Not for looks

Still had to fast forward
Hey what kind of sewing machine do you have? Do you love it?

Thanks you just saved my pair of scout pants
To me this is no repair if everything got worse visually after the "repair". Also this quite thick sewn part would bother me.
looks like absolute horseshit
