    I’m three weeks into being a vegan. I LOVE LOVE all your recipes!! You videos are simple to follow, you have all your ingredients listed in description. You are one of the best I’ve seen and I’ve seen a lot since I’m new to this way of life. You are so funny and excited to share your new vegan food discoveries!! I really like the scallop linguine pasta recipe too when I cooked it… I just wanted you to know I think you are so AMAZING! I love watching your videos and wish you had cook book not just an apron. I would totally buy it!! I hope God continue to bless you in 2024! So glad I found your channel!!! Oh I fried my oyster mushroom chicken twice already too…it’s so good!!     I made the burger today....wow! I can't digest store-bought vegan burgers either. I LOVED the butter lettuce and the mustard gave it a nice, tangy flavor. I'm HOOKED! Thanks again.

    Yes, Soy is a no for me. It looked good. I would have to use another ingredient.

      Try soaking walnuts and pecans overnight in seasoned water for flavor, chop and proceed with her recipe adding your flair too it too.

    I enjoy watching your videos and have tried a few. My husband and I laugh when you sample your food because you look like you're in heaven when you bite into it. I love your recipe, but I can't have soy. What can I use in place of soy?❤

    I agree w/Dr Mayberry I've done the store bought veggie burgers, so I'm going to try them this way.
    One question. Can't you do burgers with walnuts? If so, do you have a recipe in your archives for it? 😊

      ABSOLUTELY!!! Use walnuts instead of SOY. You can use pecans too. I use them ALL the time. It’s a staple in my fridge. Soak them first - overnight or in warm water for a 3-5 hours til soft. For more flavor, I season the water - salt, pepper, aminos, liquid smoke, etc or any of the veggie soy free broths. Once nuts are soft chop add in portobello mushrooms (or not) and your other beans or chopped/shredded veggies (onions, carrots, etc) - add your binder, season the mixture as you would a meat burger. I use to use the McCormick Grill Mates varieties to season. Form your patties, meatballs, or not- have it as a ground crumble for spaghetti or tacos etc. I’ve been doing it for YEARS. Good luck!!!

    I tried different veggie burgers
    🍔🍔 all of them seem like eating a mushy bean sandwich once in your mouth while chewing.

    I do have one question- I have some TVP granules that look smaller than the TVP you are using. Does the size of the TVP make a difference in the texture.?

    Yikes to the use of SOY😢 but hey I’m sure it’s tasty. Ppl educate yourself on soy and soybean by-products. It’s being used as a filler in the oddest of things from burgers (plant -based and animal meats) to cereal to ALL the dressings and is proven to be the cheapest and unhealthy option to put in our bodies.
