Both, the pixel response time should be fast enough for the refresh rate, for example on 200hz, your pixels should be at least faster then 5ms to turn on and off.

Could anyone recommend a 24 or 27 inch monitor that also provides a decent experience on both a PS5 and and the low refresh rate of the Switch with games like Zelda TOTK? Any advice would be appreciated.

I find my self more competitive than when i bought it. i enjoy play on my 34 inc monitor but i don't know if its worth downgrade to a 27 inc or something and get more hz and some other technology.. Ok , I’ve searched about a monitor that can be great on colors resolutions etc … and great on low latency or input lag on my ps5 , i really searched but I’m lost , one of my friends suggested lg ultragear g850 b , for both sides (colors - low latency) , I’ve tested it and i can say it’s not that impressive, i felt there is better monitor but how can i be sure ? Knowing that I can’t test monitors . Please help
I have a question. If i run games on 90fps in 144hz, would it be better than 90fps in 60hz? Does 90fps in 144hz produce screen tearing and cause input lag because its lower than the screen refresh rate? Sorry for "dumb" question, i just really am clueless on this matter

i have 12700k + 3070 ti, which 1 that worthed, 1080 with 240 hz or 2k 165 hz ? (in my place its have similar price) im only play dota2 cs2 and some battleground

Want the honest truth? Asus won't send it out as they don't believe I've got the right PC specs lol. Note, I have an I9-9900K and an RTX3080, so go figure!

@@TotallydubbedHD And you wouildn't just need to get a new CPU - you'd need a new motherboard and probably new RAM. Either way it involves a system rebuild, not just a slot-in upgrade.

You cannot take those three factors in isolation; screen uniformity, colour accuracy, brightness and black levels are just as important...

I've not tested the LG, so can't comment as to how it would compare to others I've tested.

Yup, leave the monitor at its highest refresh rate even if you can't hit it.
Tearing will only happen if you exceed your monitor's refresh rate.
