Does the "Desert Planet Sculpture" made from the Desert Welding Yard also gives 2,50% bonus money and XP to all jobs? What is the cost to make de scuptures?

There's no cost to make them and I'm not entirely sure but I would imagine it doesn't. The video will be out tomorrow though!
