Is this cheating? I’m 68 and watch you! I am in the happiest days of my life and working at a job I love, have wonderful friends and family, and am involved in my community. I eat with friends, nap, read books, write, travel, and do water exercises and biking. (I live in Minnesota, so that is definitely not a year ‘round event!) Every decade has its own beauty, and I am grateful and living life fully. We are especially blessed as we learn to enjoy and appreciate each generation. Bless you and your family, Tae. You are inspiring.
How do I start over after a divorce and make new friends? I had a long time “friend” that I found out was not. I don’t want the mindset her family has.
I thought being a teenager was the best time of my life until I turned 20 and realized that my 20s were even better. When I was in my 20s, I feared turning 30, but it turned out that my 30s are great. This summer, I am turning 40 and don't fear it because I already resonate with the reasons you mentioned in this video. If I ever have a bad day about being in my 40s, I can rewatch your video to feel thankful again.
Loved your statement “we are living this one life for the first time” & “ you don’t have 5 dollar reactions to a nickel provocation”, I will remember this and pass it on to my kindred souls…..Mr Tortoise Lao Tzu
"I spent my 20s caring what other people thought of me. I spent my 30s NOT caring what other people thought of me. Now I'm in my 40s and realize that NO ONE WAS THINKING ABOUT ME IN THE FIRST PLACE." I've heard variations of this over the years and as a 46 year old I can confirm it is true! Ahhhh...FREEDOM!
Being at age 27, it is really true that I sort of care what others think because they tell me I'm crazy. I tried my best to prevent them from calling me crazy but it always circumvents.
"The RUclips video where I said the dumbest thing and only noticed it after it was uploaded". As a subscriber and fellow over-40, I'm dying to know - Link please, Tae!
I’ve been in I.D.G.A.F. what you think mode for the past 20 years. I’ve been telling dad jokes since my 30’s and I’m happier for it. Find your peace my friends.
At 5:29, when he said "thinking about your Asian parents", I looked up like "I've been neglecting my Asian parents? Wait - I HAVE ASIAN PARENTS!?" Oh wait, dummy - he said AGING parents! Whew! My guilt has subsided. : )
oh, it's "aging parents", not "asian parents". that got me confused for a while (english is not my first language and i sometimes struggle with hearing accents).
I'm 39 and I was a lot better at knowing my limits at my mid 30s, nowadays I feel like I simply cannot take any challenges; the other day someone told me I looked a lot younger than my age though. Also I never gave a damn about what other people thought about me during my 30s, it brought me some problems, but still, no ragrets (insert old spinning chicken meme)
The other day I went biking and stopped at this concrete slab foundation that had a huge dropoff to a grassy area. I was thinking as a 12 years old I would jump this with my BMX bike over and over. Now at 46....hella noooooo.....
Ummm... it seems a bit odd to have a section dedicated to "your Asian parents". I get that the channel likely has a disproportionate Asian veriweship but still...

I’m in my 60s, so now when I watch one of your videos, I think “time to watch a video by that smart college kid”. 😄

No 38 is a typo I believe, I think it should say 'Feel Balder'.
Great content 👌 👏

When you are in your forties, you are actually in your fifth decade, ... but who's counting?
Yeah all that and… perimenopause that sucks😂

Younger guy but interested in hearing what you have to say.

I feel like at some point after 40 you also lose your grip on reality. My mom and grandparents are obnoxiously paranoid and out of touch lmao.
Bro, I am in my 30s and I’m already like this. Am I wrong?
I do this and I'm 31 lol
I don't have asian parents - I can't relate 😅
Your accent threw me off at first because it sounded like you were saying "Asian" instead of "aging." I thought "But my parents aren't Asian lol."
Life only gets better if single no kids 😂
🫶🏾
** Your 40s is the fifth decade of your life, not the fourth

He’s saying Aging
Aaaarrrrgh! I'm in my 50s and less wise than this!
I’m 31 but… still not looking forward to it. 😂
first
So close 😢
Asian parents?
After 40, all of a sudden women in their 20’s are very interest.
