  • After living for several years with a faucet that took an entire 20 minutes to fill the bathtub (#firstworldproblems) a stay at a high-end hotel with a ridiculously high-volume tub filler prompted me to replace mine. This one from Newport Brass is rated at 22gpm and fills the tub in 4 minutes!

    The way to get good solder joints is to be very thorough with a mirror and heat up the backside in the front side of the fitting. I’m a professional Plumber by trade as long as you ream the interior of the pipe will thin out the wall of the pipe and caused pin holes, it takes to a homeowner such as yourself has to the ability

    These houses I'm doing installs in in the mountains, I swear it looks like a 2in OD PEX waterman into each one... Sadly no flushometer toilets... I'm a complete fuckaroon, but I wouldn't dare build a house and not put in that hotel grade nonsense.
