@@dimitarnikolov9093 I appreciate your input that's for sure .so the fact that there is one game but I believe there is more than one but we'll just go with the fact that you're agreeing on there's one if there's one there can be 20. The system is more than capable of running native 4K 60fps it's up to the developers ,slowly but surely more and more games will be native 4K, just like if we go back and look at the promises of PS5 and Xbox a year ago, it made it seem like every game was going to be 4K 120 FPS native and that's not the case 80% of the games on there are upscaled as well so basically your point is kind of moot . as far as the lawsuit goes I don't think it's going anywhere it's just a desperate lawyer trying to suck some money out of Google and nothing more. Sony and Microsoft gets sued all the time and so does Google for endless things, also something else that you have to consider is Sony and Microsoft have extreme leveraging powers on developers so for an example when they know that a game is going to be a cross-platform game including the stadia when they sit down for an agreement for purchasing it goes something like this if you can't offer us a superior product on our system then what you are offering on stadia then we will not be purchasing thank you. Especially Sony more so than Microsoft they are extremely protective of their ecosystem but slowly but surely it is getting cracked and chipped away Microsoft is eating their lunch lately they're the ones that are struggling but the pressure from Google and Microsoft I'd be more worried about Sony going under anytime soon versus Google shutting down stadia. They're getting ready to do a 1.7 billion dollar stock by back because all of their divisions now including PlayStation are not meeting numbers that's only a matter of time . Last year before they launched the PS5 they had to sell their buildings number one and building number two in Japan they don't even own their own properties anymore they are struggling for cash . Google continues to advance year after year in their cloud business they have more data centers in place around the world than anybody and it's not even close. They just announced yesterday that by the end of the year those business centers will have exo flop processing capabilities they are intentionally taking their time and slowly building this out for one they don't want to step on too many toes but I can guarantee you this two or three years from now they will update the stadia data centers and when they do they will far exceed the capabilities of the next gen systems PS5 and Xbox there's so many benefits of cloud gaming versus the negatives that it's not even funny. For one eliminating all cheaters to the capability to be able to have much larger multiplayer open-world games instead of maxing out at numbers around 150 players you're going to see numbers in the 1,000 anyways we could go on and on and on I'll end here. 🍻
I was a GFN founder, but the lack of 1440p support, as well as having to enter Steam / Epic passwords everytime I access a game is just too much. Have been using Stadia with very good results, love the platform.
when you're using android tv app for GFN and connect two gamepads for co-op, i'm experiencing a big issue. pressing the same button on the two seperate gamepads at the same time, only one works. for example 2 players push A button for jump, only one player jumps. two players press X for attack only one attacks. Pc/mac app for GFN is just fine, also vibration works. But android TV app, pressing the same button issue is really bad and vibration doesn't work. it's really frustrating. android TV app needs upgrade but it's not yet fixed for almost 2 years.
I've used all 3 services and each have their pros and cons. My personal order would be: 1. Stadia 2. GeForce Now 3. Luna GFN and Stadia are really close to each other, but Luna is really far behind in performance. I get that it's in beta, but Amazon has a long way to go in the performance department.
I think a lot of it has to do with your ISP and how close you are to their servers. Also some games also perform differently. In my experience Luna performed great in a browser. Some report otherwise. We'll see if Amazon sticks to it.
Amazon Luna has a bigger chance of being shut down than stadia for one nobody even knows about it if only 10 people out of a thousand know about stadia then only one person out of a thousand knows about Luna.. Plus you have the same problem there you could be playing a game one day and be halfway through it and then the next day that game is removed from your library who the hell wants that..
Also, cyberpunk seems to play the best on stadia with the least amount of crashes and bugs and looks great and runs great. If you have the internet speeds for it not even on PC doesn't run this good so that's saying a lot
Luna has about a 30-day value after that there's nothing left there to play and you can't purchase any new AAA games it's the worst of all of the three mentioned above please be honest
You can buy a stadia controller for only $69 all the time and usually about once every 90 days they put the entire system on sale for $69 your price of $129 is way outdated that was the price that it was listed at over a year ago
You skipping on the controller for Luna is actually doing a big disservice to the Luna service itself. It has a HUGE feature for competitive gamers: it only uses Bluetooth so your device can sync it to your wifi and amazon account. Once the controller is online directly with the Amazon server, the input latency from your button press to the response on screen is very heavily reduced. This will come in handy for most competitive FGC's, FPS's, and Racing communities.
Preordered the Luna controller a couple days ago but just canceled my order because wow Luna has 3 games that I would play. One is behind the Ubisoft subscription paywall and the two others are on stadia already. Luna web app also doesn’t support controller support and I have to use touch controls into I’m in a game. GFN is having their games removed constantly because they’re not getting permission from the developers. I’ll stick with Stadia as it actually feels like it’s a next gen console. Oh and you think because Luna is Amazon it’s going to be supported longer than Stadia? Not if they don’t get games soon.
Worst thing about G-Force now is 9 out of 10 games don't have perfect controller support their PC games that allow you to use a controller so unless you're a keyboard and mouse player that's the only thing it's really designed for also the biggest problem with G-Force now is one day you're playing a game and then the next day that game gets removed from the service it's touch and go no guarantees there whatsoever and if G-Force now shuts down then the only way you can play your games is on a PC G-Force now is basically a patch for your PC and nothing more and if you want to play on your TV you have to buy a $250 piece of hardware,
I have to say that his comparison was more fair than usual... aside from the input-lag (definitely not an issue on Stadia), the browser experience (can be improved with the right setting) and the silly criticism about the uncertain future. That said, all your clarifications are correct, fellow cloud gamer! :))
So far I've played GeForce now and stadia and the thing that brings me back to stadia is the no wait time, most of my games aren't even on GeForce so I would have to buy them again anyways, and stadias pay per month option. GeForce needs a 6 month commitment. I say get stadia for new games (suck it up and buy the Chromecast remote bundle), and just get a steam deck for any games you already have and want to play mobile when it comes out.
i personally had a great experience with geforce now, its the best way to play games on my pc because my pc is so bad it has trouble running project zomboid v4.0
As someone wo has to use vpn because cloud gaming isn't supported in south asia. Both stadia and GeForce now are great. The only problem I have with stadia is that i can't buy games for some reason and it sometimes crashes after a few minutes, which i didn't encounter with GeForce now.
Stadia has the best technology, GeForce now has the best library and best games ownership option. Luna is too new to even bother with imo,Xcloud is more than an extension however...comes with its own library and the speed is decent but the visual quality is lacking.
See one thing I've noticed is that people completely forget to mention. Also the fact that Google has way more servers than Amazon and GeForce and all of those put together. So chances are there's a note right near you. So that's why you're going to have better streaming service through Chromecast. The Chromecast is also the only one that gives you the 4K60 option if you have the internet for it and they do have quite a bit of games all the time that are on sale so you're not even paying full price for these games. They have some exclusivity deals coming up like they just had the boulders gate exclusivity and they even have features exclusive to the Chromecast. So Google's putting a lot of money into the state of the state is not going away anytime soon as much as people wanted to and I want to hate on it. Trust me it's not something that's going away
Im curious why there was no mention anywhere about shadow tech gaming im interested to know from anyone who has played it how it is, does it have a good multiplayer library, good connection speeds, any lines to get on games? I enjoy all games but multiplayer is what i enjoy playing most for me that is what gaming is about i grew up with video games i had one of the first 16 bit machines that were made then atari, nintendo's, playstations, and xbox's and pc. Obviously like everyone i enjoyed pc the most because pc offered so much more freedom and large maps customizations i dont understand this new generation of gamers who hate multiplayer or play multiplayer games alone multiplayer gaming is what made gaming so fun putting your skill and ability against ppl from around the world and seeing where you stand now kids cant play multiplayer without cheating defeating the entire purpose of playing the game simply because they hate losing and dont care to get good at it they just want to get through it as fast and as easy as possible. I live in the real world now im not 14 anymore and have a pc my parents paid for and no bills to pay, im grown with bills and cant afford the constant money pit pc's are i cant afford to buy a new graphics card everytime i buy a new game and thats only if i could even find one in todays bitcoin obsessed world but i enjoy mmorpg's and i would like to play them on my android phone but a real mmorpg none of these garbage black desert online games with massive p2w incentives that are idle grinders. Anyways if anyone could fill me in on shadow tech whether or not its worth buying would be appreciated also does anyone know how all these cloud gaming systems deal with cheaters and hacks are they even possible if so who best actively prevents cheats if any ?
He also didn't mention the graphics because G-Force now gives you RTX with the equivalent of a 2080 TI card but at a 1080p resolution you're often running with Ray tracing the setting set at ultra.
Stadia is amazing love the platform and what they are doing. GeForce now is My main cloud gaming service for only 5$ a month is great. Because I can most of the games I like on epic, steam etc, and it is more pc encentric which I love. Will try lins once available in Canada.
Google has never shut down a feature like Stadia and cut users off from paid purchases before. Why can't we get away from that flawed argument? Edit: also you haven't been paying attention if not seeing the downward spiral of GFN as of late. Edit: as for Luna, it feels to be standing still and not something Amazing is investing too much into.
All they need to do is scale it way back for a couple years and build its fan base i didnt even know what the fuck stadia was when it was every other ad
What you forgot to mention about Luna is everything in the library is yours to play for that 30 day. If you're in the middle of a game and then next month that game gets removed from the service you're f*****..
I play high-end games on my dual-core MacBook Air High settings without a lag or overheating, I use their free service as I don't need anything. It saved me a lot of money, I was planning to buy a good PC for my EVE Online and City Skylines but GFN saved me from spending money at the moment.
That’s exactly how I feel except with Stadia. I went out a replaced my 2011 Mac mini with the new Mac Mini with the M1 knowing that I didn’t need a gaming computer to game.
I find it hard to say yet, who is the best is in the cloud gaming space. Most of them should still be in beta, but Luna is probably only in the US so I think it's a beta. GFN I would say is a clear winner when it comes to games and quality. But it is very difficult for mainstream to use. Google Stadia is a chapter in itself, they have the best tech and it feels like you are playing console games native. The problem is when you promise too much you get bad PR. Had stadia started as a free alpha or beta. So I think we would have had a much better product. But it started as a full product. The games that do not come to Stadia, are also a reason for this. But get experience on google Stadia is the best when it comes to user-friendly and runs mostly flawless. But I believe and believe Xcloud is the big fish that can kill competition. I will not talk about Luna I live in the EU so have not tested Luna still.
Hey. What would you say looks better Geforce now free tier or Stadia free tier for those looking to buy this game but don't want to pay a monthly subscription??
This guy saids he can see google stadia closing down after people have paid for games it would be so many lawsuits not to mention lost of trust to the company but I must say though man I did start to lose confidence in the platform when certain divisions start to shut down it was looking a little shaky but I’m going to keep the faith a little longer I have already invested a lot of money in games so but good review
No, as Tarkov is only sold directly by the developers from their website. If they ever add their game to a third-party platform then it would be possible.
I was almost set to buy my gforce until i read this one of the draws was that it was restricted to south east asia and all the hacking cheating pk camping losers who ruin gaming on any version period.
Well I'd say since posting this, game pass now offer streaming on Android on pretty much their entire library. It works really well poses no real limitations on play and offers the most for the price I'd say. When I wrote this review they didn't have it fully open like that yet. But game pass ultimate might be the true way to go.
I said right in the video it uses your steam or epic games account for the games. The subscription, if you don't want to use the free version is to use their gaming rigs to play.
Won't be investing in 'GEFORCE NOW' anytime soon. Just checked their plans and for $0.00/month, you get a basic rig (no idea what that is...), standard access to gaming servers, and 1-hour session length. For $8.33/month, you get premium rig, priority access to premium servers, and 6 hour session length. Or for $16.67/month, you get RTX 3080 rig, exclusive access to RTX 3080 servers, 8 hour session length... Sorry, but I don't have school in the morning or a 9-5 job and you're not my parents. Why the hell should retirees be limited to how long they play per day if they're paying for the service to begin with?!
@@LaplanetArts That's what I was thinking it was. But If my friends and I are doing deliveries in Red Dead Online, we'd all be pretty pissed if the servers began randomly dropping everyone because they'd dared to play for 6 to 8 hours. =)
I think this video was very professional I'm pretty cool because a lot of people paid too much money for these consoles like PlayStation and Xbox that's cool if it works for you but overall PlayStation and Xbox there's not moving to the future PlayStations not doing nothing new I'm a little disappointed with Xbox but I believe Xbox will be the future
Just wait for Apple Cloud Gaming alternative… I’m not talking about Arcade (nintendo switch alternative from Apple) a newer Arcade Pro will be coming soon and I’m pretty sure they will conquer that market too. At the end that was Apple always doing, waiting how far companies can go and then fix the gabs and failures of others.
Stadia aint going anywhere. Its the only cloud gaming that works perfectly on mobile depending on your wifi. In fact, stadia doesnt even have a good competitor because gamepass doesnt support full 1080p resolution on mobile. If xbox fixes the clarity issue on mobile, then maybe the 2 partys will can go head2head.
Honestly... stadia is the best performer. Better than Xbox cloud too. If stadia had the best game library it would be the champ of streaming. It doesn't though.
Xbox cloud has been letting me down constantly sadly. I agree stadia seems to be most consistent. Especially with the controller and Chromecast combo. If the subscription covered all the games in the store like gamepass then it would be taken much more seriously
@@LaplanetArts Agreed. I appreciate the games they do give us, but they need to give us games we can't play anywhere else. Exclusives have their positives and negatives, but to draw someone in to your platform, you need them.

you dont have to wait in queues if you pay, in 99% in the case not, the only time i had to wait was when cyberpunk released which is understandable. also for people like me, buying geforce now's founders tier when it came out gave you the founders for life benefit which keeps you at 5$ a month instead of the (new) 10$ as long as you keep paying. besides that, 6 hours of playtime per session is enough considering the fact you can hit play to start a new session with 6 additional hours right away

I was speaking more of my own personal experience and I am pretty sure I mentioned the experience may differ based on location. The graphical abilities of stadia are impressive, but often the 4K it transmits has been 1080p upscaled by a form of dlss. And streamed 4k is still never as good as native 4k due to inevitable compression. At the end of the day the video could have been much longer considering every variable. But I had to write it based off my own experience and and my own thoughts. It's good to watch more people's experiences as well like Linus' recent video. That way we can round out our opinions from various sources. I do appreciate the input.

@@dimitarnikolov9093 actually Madden21 and FIFA21 are native 4K. I know there’s more but I’m 100% sure of those two
I was a GFN founder, but the lack of 1440p support, as well as having to enter Steam / Epic passwords everytime I access a game is just too much. Have been using Stadia with very good results, love the platform.
But.. you can just put "remember me" for the steam account..
@@ElIisL4D2 Well in many cases it doesn't work
@@ElIisL4D2 dont work
when you're using android tv app for GFN and connect two gamepads for co-op, i'm experiencing a big issue. pressing the same button on the two seperate gamepads at the same time, only one works. for example 2 players push A button for jump, only one player jumps. two players press X for attack only one attacks.
My personal order would be:
1. Stadia
2. GeForce Now
3. Luna
GFN and Stadia are really close to each other, but Luna is really far behind in performance.
Having a shield TV pro will allow you to upscale the image on gForce now to 4K
Only on 1080p, meaning you can skip the sub that gives 4k if you don't like the games that come with it and want to purchase access outright.
I bought it for 40 dollars with the Chromecast ultra and the controller 😉
Bought a Stadia and I'm hooked, mind you that I'm coming from a Xbox Series X. I play on my 4k TV, phone and computer screen 💪🏾
Stadia is awesome not gonna lie!
If you're having all these problems with your browser try deleting your p*** cookies.

0:29 the music fits in with it so perfectly
I hope soon there will be VR support for streaming games and entrance into metaverse
stadia!
Yesss❤️
Does anyone know the name of the game he was playing on the stadia
He also didn't mention the graphics because G-Force now gives you RTX with the equivalent of a 2080 TI card but at a 1080p resolution you're often running with Ray tracing the setting set at ultra.
I got google stadia and can’t wait to try RDR2 on my phone with the razer kishi controller which should be delivered tomorrow
Stadia is amazing love the platform and what they are doing. GeForce now is My main cloud gaming service for only 5$ a month is great. Because I can most of the games I like on epic, steam etc, and it is more pc encentric which I love. Will try lins once available in Canada.
Terms of service says that if the service is shut down, you will get a refund for games purchased.
Lol great info except you didnt mention whos terms
Didn't even hear about Luna until now
Yeah they have been keeping it pretty quiet for now while it's in beta
And just in the US
Good review, I rarely say that.
I Appreciate that man!
Google has never shut down a feature like Stadia and cut users off from paid purchases before. Why can't we get away from that flawed argument? Edit: also you haven't been paying attention if not seeing the downward spiral of GFN as of late. Edit: as for Luna, it feels to be standing still and not something Amazing is investing too much into.
i only use stadia cause when i use gforce my settings wont save
I'm confused. So you have to pay a monthly fee to access a library of games you already own? If you own it, why pay more? I must be missing something
You're paying monthly for the computing power to stream them to any underpowered device with a good connection.
the fact that you have that minecraft pig xbox controller that my kid wants!!! lol hilarious
It’s a solid option
Geforce NOW all the way, you don't need to buy games again just use your games owned on steam, epic games and ubisoft games login.
But if one doesn't have any of those, there is no way to start playing
@@agentagreda4992 playing those free games or subscriptions to EA play for only 4.99 euro
Before it shut down, Stadia was my go to, now my go to is Luna.
Well you were right, they are shutting down! 😂
Seeing it now a year later, it's doing well.
Xcloud is fairly robust with gamepass ultimate.
I prefer Gforce now. But also use stadia. I miss Bethesda games though.
Hey. What would you say looks better Geforce now free tier or Stadia free tier for those looking to buy this game but don't want to pay a monthly subscription??
Stadia hands down!
Does any of these work with Escape From Tarkov?
No, as Tarkov is only sold directly by the developers from their website. If they ever add their game to a third-party platform then it would be possible.

Well I'd say since posting this, game pass now offer streaming on Android on pretty much their entire library. It works really well poses no real limitations on play and offers the most for the price I'd say. When I wrote this review they didn't have it fully open like that yet. You can link with steam or epic
We'll just to clarify, that's for an uninterrupted session. Once it's done you can reconnect immediately for a new session.
@@LaplanetArts That's what I was thinking it was. But If my friends and I are doing deliveries in Red Dead Online, we'd all be pretty pissed if the servers began randomly dropping everyone because they'd dared to play for 6 to 8 hours. =)
Stadia has several multiplayer games
Ok is it me or does that look like a Nintendo switch

$10 a month to play for 6 hours AND you have to wait in queues? Who’s buying this rip off?
you dont have to wait in queues if you pay, in 99% in the case not, the only time i had to wait was when cyberpunk released which is understandable. also for people like me, buying geforce now's founders tier when it came out gave you the founders for life benefit which keeps you at 5$ a month instead of the (new) 10$ as long as you keep paying. besides that, 6 hours of playtime per session is enough considering the fact you can hit play to start a new session with 6 additional hours right away

Well you have said it twice now, what was misleading? I have missed something I'm sorry, I am open to criticism. But haven't said what was incorrect yet.
