I loved the choice of music. Obviously a man of taste in music and trailer sailers.

Beautiful footage! We have a 22' Sabre & plan to spend 3.5 weeks on the Gippsland Lakes from 10th October so clearly we have much to look forward to.

One of your best videos! Just figured what what that curved traveller is for in front of the mast :) A self tacking Jib. I have one but didn't realise and just use the travellers amidships running back to the cockpit. I'll have to reserach and try set this up to see how it goes. Very informative videos. Thanks

Once you have it set up, you will love it. because you can go about through an tack and relaxe as there will only be if the jibb is on a furler then only the furling line and the out hull. you can not get it any more simpler execpt with an autopilot on the tiller. enjoy.
      Gerard.

      @@TRAILERYACHTADVENTURES Hey Mark.
Thank you for your thoughts and reply, however, a change in the wind has put me on a new heading. This is looks like i am going to sell off the red baron as i am negotiating for a larger more comfortable boat to live on and that means i could be going to adelade soon so hold on for the shcock of change in the wind. ha ha. and when that happens i will be logging it on vedio. some time soon in a couple of weeks i think. two of my friends think i should as it will be a smart move.
only about a weeks of work and that will be sailing.
      Gerard.

@@tronalpha9137 Hi Gerard. There is a lot to be said for a more comfortable boat, that's why I bought the RL28, can walk around upright inside and there's room for the missus to lounge around and read her books. Enjoy the larger boat and smooth sailing. Mark

      @@TRAILERYACHTADVENTURES Thanks Mark.
I apperciate that and i will be doing an video and opening an channel on the new boat from the start when i go to pick it up.

Theres anthoer reson Mark, and that is i do actully live on board my boats. every boat i have owend i lived on and you are probaly now wodering why. well yes it is a lifestyle but for me it is most afordable way of keepinga boat maintainded and when i go somewhere i can keep out off the weather and with the cat a greater stablity than a mono and finally cats preform well when sailing around 12 kts of wind.. thats all about it.

Never been to Florida but from what I hear it sound like similar country. I am guessing a great place to cruise in a boat.

Those rebel marine life need to learn to read signs and respect what they say...Love how they just ignore them and swim or dive wherever they wish...

mdeman100 Thanks go0d video, but you tell us the music played but don't tell us what kind of yacht it is! I would love to know please, nice boat.

You are right, the only place it is mentioned is in the credits under boar - RL28. I is a Rob Legg 28, australian made in the 80,s and early 90,s. 28 ft full standing headroom in the main saloon, separate toilet & shower and 6 if somewhat tight berths berths. There were over 200 made and a good boat that sails well. There are good ones around but there are also many neglected ones too. They generally keep their value well.
