Magnificent Tony, So glad you shared this video and that I got a chance to watch it! You have borought a little bit of joy into this world with this bike!
I have always loved the Moto Guzzi Engines.... Great job Tony it is beautiful....way better looking now then when new....I have never liked the "Custom Look" and they are way more difficult to get the right stance when modifying. Simple and clean the way it should be! The machine work is fantastic as well!
Followed the build on FB, enjoyed the video albeit with a large amount of envy at the skill level and continually thinking 'why didn't I do that'. Take care and Happy New Year when it comes.

Kimbo? Who is Kimbo? I am the only Kjmbo i know. I did own a v7 sport for ten years. My favorite bike and probably the best handling bike i ever rode. Think the rotation of engine, flywheel, clutch, transmission drive shaft in one plane and the wheels and ring gear rotating in a perpendicular plane creates a gyroscopic stability that made picking a line, leaning the bike and and the Guzzi would hold that line and lean angle through the entire turn.
outstanding! someone notable in the moto world said rhe way to build a good bike "is to add lightness, and simplicate.' but i wouldn't ride without a rear mud guard. even sunny sunday riders get caught in the rain.
Thanks! I started off with a 60 grit flap wheel to take the bulk of the material off. I then used a flat sanding disc with, 180 grit to finish it off. I also used some thin sheet steel between the fins so I didn’t damage the one underneath as I was grinding. There is more information on my blog, and also if you look through my videos on here, there is one of me actually doing it to the barrels. Www.Jtccc.Wordpress.Com

That big empty space where the air box was would have to become the fuel tank, improving the COG significantly. Or as an auxiliary tank it would be very effective as well. Beautiful machine ✌️🇺🇸
thanks, round covers will fit with an adaptor plate, but I actually quite like the ones that are on, especially as the round one asre so expensive to buy!
The bike looks great! Love the colour and the mazing work you have done. I notice you no longer have the battery plate but I couldn't see anything else there which is doing its job in its place. I replaced my original battery plate because it had split in one corner and the holes were ovalled, evidence that a lot of twisting forces go through this plate. I think on some Calis they had a part of the frame that came down to meet the gearbox but I can't see that either.
Thanks! The tank is off a V7 and I have blanked off the fuel pump opening with a plate and welded on an outlet at the rear. There is much more information on my blog but I am happy to answer any questions you have www.jtccc.wordpress.com
