After weeks of searching, our hunt was over as we finally found the Lost Gold Mine and Mill that we found on Google Earth, and we cannot believe how rich the Gold Ore is that was left behind. Now we can see why no one has been out to this one in a long time. Jeff, I need to get out there so I can find gold. I'm so tired of being a poor lol. Canada's economy is in the drunk tank for various reasons but either way, I hope to get there. I could always shovel poo in San Francisco for 80k a year I guess but that would be a stinky job. 🤷♂️
I see you decided to change it up a little..that happens when you start in noninteresting. Areas I will give you some advice some people who might need your help and assistance is very interested in your journey. To acquire knowledge. Everyone is sick and dieing no one wants to know that Jeff Williams is sick and could die I understand what has happened. I had my opindix taken out but no person wants to here that.
It's the one thing you always say, Study the USGS maps, then follow the geology. And once again, the geology was right. Great video Jeff. And yeah, it sucks that there's idiots who are able to drive with such limited brain capacity. Let's hope Karma enjoys the visit. I'm pretty sure that the old timers weren't too happy about it.
Jeff, if ALL teachers had even an ounce of your enthusiasm, the world would be a better place and those folks only using 2 brain cells, would be smarter! Thank you again for what has become my Sunday Geology Lesson! 😊
I feel like you take your viewers to school, and that's fine by me. Respect Jeff too, for not revealing where these sites are, and respecting what little remains, of any artifacts. In short, you're a bloody legend mate🤠
It’s said over and over but your the real deal man. Your a true geology, prospecting, and mining savant there is no question. I’m sure I’m leaving out other disciplines that go with those but you get the point.
Now you can look at this site on GE with a different focus, after having boots on the ground. The extent of the seams might be more apparent from the air. The red is obvious on the GE image you showed at the start. An interesting, educational, entertaining well edited video. Thanks.

Well, get a rock, few clamps, diamond blade, few drum wheels, angle grinder, polishing pads and get work :D Wet polishing is always better, just a hint. Try to make something simple like an ashtray, just that experience will teach you a ton about the stones.
Excellent field exploration video. I think back to the old works near my Montana home . I wish I could have had the benefit of your tutalege in my younger years. The area that I lived in had numerous digs. There was a huge mill shut down during WW2.

Thanks for another great video! I recently met an older gentleman who said he knew you and appeared in one of your videos once, while I was prospecting on the Gold Searchers of Southern Nevada claim near Johnnie Mine NV. You're videos are an invaluable resource for amateur Prospectors like myself & I need to watch the ones on land status and how to stake a claim again, cuz I'm interested in some spots around there & I'm pretty slim (almost as much as the one you used to ride with) 😁 so I can get around on foot really well and found some pretty interesting spots out there, & getting around the desert ain't as easy some think, I think you're doing great! 😎 Mike
Thanks Mike and we will have to make a new updated version for filing claims again ..... there are a lot of good spots out there and some are not known .... keep us posted and be safe running them hills
@Askjeffwilliams thanks for the reply. Now I'm definitely signing up for the Patreon thing! I was out there when you replied where there's no signal LOL... and somebody definitely knows about the spot I'm interested in, or did. There are rock piles, posts with no claim information.... but when I look it up on my land matters, I only see active claims nearby, not at the spot I'm interested in..... maybe it was a claim at some point, there's even a core drill sample missing from the hill I'm interested in..... and it's oozing with indicators, including hits on the gold Monster 1000.... I'll keep an eye out for new episodes and keep watching the Treasure Trove you've already compiled. I'll stay safe & you do the same 😎

Jeff, Have you ever gone into the Superstition Mountains to look for a mine that was pretty well mapped out (NOT the Lost Dutchman) online recently? Reason I ask, is the area pointed out seems to show some interesting geology you can se with Google Maps/Earth. I am guessing you live up near Flagstaff, as your travels/videos seem to indicate you are in that area frequently (along with the type of tress in your backyard). Do ever go to more central Arizona?
When you are grading several samples from an area like in this video, do you label the samples with GPS coordinates or a description of the location? I'm just sitting here wondering how you find your way back to a specific spot.
This is a fun video! :) Learned stuff, too. ..so good a video that I kinda imagined that I was even there, with you, on this adventure.. I felt compelled to take a sit on the porch with a beer... gazing towards the hori zone.
@@Askjeffwilliams I really like that you used an A.I. to help narrate- it adds a fun level of depth... not a lot of content creators are making use of that tool.. pretty neat. :)
Jeff, at 1:01, you paned over some bedrock that looked white on the camera as you were following the black sand. I'm guessing this was not quartz. Can you possibly tell us wat it was?
Congratulations on finding this mine. 😊. It's so sad how do many people are.😢. Thank you for teaching us all. Have a great time out there 😊 and be safe please 🙏
Jeff, you are a treat to watch and from whom to learn. While I don't live in 'gold country' here in Pennsylvania, I have learned geology to look for. You've a fantastic way of educating and motivating. Curious, if BLM has closed off the shafts, is it posted as 'No Trespassing' and an explorer is not permitted to explore within the mine? I understand that the dump and processing area could be loaded, and maybe an easier place to search. Anyway, great job. I started watching you several years ago.
I hear you sir, I live in Arkansas. The people are just destroying the National Forest we got. I certainly like watching your adventures. Smart too. We don't have gold.
I don't mind how much stuff you create.....I will always watch because..... I find you interesting I find you helpful I find you passionate about my passion and it don't matter if I know what your telling us or learning somthing new but You are a natural good bastard so although I watch Pauly And Dan and mmlb etc.....I still love your way of just ......you........bro. Hope you find what you may want to do next and enjoy it .......but you are so much my cuppa tea than any of those others I love to watch....... you are honest, flawed ( like me ) which is a part of why I choose to always enjoy a GENUINE watch of you.............Jesus bro, I'm a kiwi and would still love to have a cold beer with you......I just love nature and even tho I'm 56 and may have adhd or somthing else.....I'm still a good, flawed, genuine human ( sorry I'm a kiwi ) but I don't care, cause it's quite simple for me...............a good heart..consistency and passion, then you find who fills your bucket ( positivity bucket )........hope you get what I mean. I'm ganna gold prospecting until I can't walk as its nature, creeks, mossy rocks and mostly just a break from the rat race...........I know you have too many followers to read em all but I think your a bloody good human being
Jeff, you are an awesome gold prospector with a HUGE amount of knowledge, and a great way of sharing it 😊 I think the gold at the end of this video was from "mother nature's hard work" in the black sands from the sluice 🤗🙂 If I'm right 😂 you should come to "our" fave spot to prospect and teach us all about the geology of little old Tasmania, Australia. Reason I ask, is the area pointed out seems to show some interesting geology you can se with Google Maps/Earth. I am guessing you live up near Flagstaff, as your travels/videos seem to indicate you are in that area frequently (along with the type of tress in your backyard). Do ever go to more central Arizona?
yes we have been there and we have been all over AZ
@@Askjeffwilliams Did you see the interesting geology southeast of Tortilla Flat?
When you are grading several samples from an area like in this video, do you label the samples with GPS coordinates or a description of the location? I'm just sitting here wondering how you find your way back to a specific spot.
both
Crazy find Jeff. Would that be something you would consider researching more?
oh yes
Outstanding video and very educational. Please keep up the great work, young man .👍👍👍
Thanks, will do!
I like you do not use a metal detector but your knowledge; fantastic, I want to learn from you.
Thanks 👍
True meaning of a prospecting rockstar and goat 😅
Your not crazy!!?just a wee bit insane though...your the best..thank you Jeff and crew.
There’s still gold there, Jeff…
100% hooked on these videos!
thanks
Hello Jeff I have 4 college degrees 2 advanced. I wish one was in geology and you where my mentor
thanks
This is a fun video! :) Learned stuff, too.
..so good a video that I kinda imagined that I was even there, with you, on this adventure.. I felt compelled to take a sit on the porch with a beer... gazing towards the hori zone.
thanks ....Lol
@@Askjeffwilliams I really like that you used an A.I. to help narrate- it adds a fun level of depth... not a lot of content creators are making use of that tool.. pretty neat. :)
Jeff, at 1:01, you paned over some bedrock that looked white on the camera as you were following the black sand. I'm guessing this was not quartz. Can you possibly tell us wat it was?
no that is not quartz ....that is Kaolinite
Love the show wishing I was there man thats a big operation lots of gold is there claims available xoxo thank you Jeff
....not any more hahhhahaaaa
Try putting a short hose on the vacuum
bingo
Congratulations on finding this mine. 😊. It's so sad how do many people are.😢. Thank you for teaching us all. Have a great time out there 😊 and be safe please 🙏
Thanks ..I know ...right
Jeff, you are a treat to watch and from whom to learn. I started watching you several years ago.
thanks Dennis, rally appreciate that
5:38 off on your left shoulder it looks like there are stacked strike dips like Dominos fallen over.
Sure there is gold down there Jeff, let's claim it!
I hear you sir, I live in Arkansas. The people are just destroying the National Forest we got.
I certainly like watching your adventures. Smart too.
We don't have gold.
Question: if there was a boiler there how did they fuel it without plenty of wood. ?
So this is a newer mine and not old timer Mining?
I don't mind how much stuff you create.....I will always watch because.....
I find you interesting
I find you helpful
I find you passionate about my passion and it don't matter if I know what your telling us or learning somthing new but You are a natural good bastard so although I watch Pauly And Dan and mmlb etc.....I still love your way of just ......you........bro.
I'm ganna gold prospecting until I can't walk as its nature, creeks, mossy rocks and mostly just a break from the rat race...........I know you have too many followers to read em all but I think your a bloody good human being
Thanks , really appreciate that my brother
Do you have any videos explaining the gold in the green stone
@askjeffwilliams At one of the Adits, you mention that it could of been a powder storage or a cross cut to the vein. What is "powder"??
Thnx
right around the 11 min mark up
powder is explosives ( Dynamite )
Jeff, you are an awesome gold prospector with a HUGE amount of knowledge, and a great way of sharing it 😊
I think the gold at the end of this video was from "mother nature's hard work" in the black sands from the sluice 🤗🙂
If I'm right 😂 you should come to "our" fave spot to prospect and teach us all about the geology of little old Tasmania, Australia. Our Gold is pure ❤
You will have to bring Lila too x she's ace
thanks ... we do our best to pass it along ..... yes you guys have the purest and biggest Gold in the World and we would love to do that
you know it
Please, if you ever visit Australia make sure you come to Tasmania 😊 we will be your personal tour guides
Great stuff like always Jeff. That gold looks like placer gold from the bedrock exposures in the wash...?
Morning, Jeff. Another informative video, thanks. So come on let's go.
tailings, royal dry washer. four wheel drive?
Thank u for sharing your knowledge Jeff !
My pleasure!
