22:55 I think episode 3 mentioned that all demons are required by law to be in disguise while in the human world. Loona only changed back to normal to fight more effectively. Blitzo, Moxxie, and Millie haven't been obeying that law, which resulted in their capture here.
27:48 this is a really cool detail, The background music playing while Stolas is being summoned is an orchestra version of the song ‘ Bird in a cage‘ that he sings in “the circus” an episode in the second season that’s some amazing foresight and planning.
One thing I haven't seen people talk about is during the big battle each member of I.M.P specifically loona and Millie have their own musical theme. Loonas is a punk rock guitar riff while Millie's is a western whistle tune since she's f on the wrath ring
This was a deep and badass episode! 21:15 beautiful work and suck it Disney! Suits: "Proof of the Afterlife would ruin every major Religion overnight! Trillions in reliable revenue on the line, not to mention the steady stream of Souls!" Suits: "Can't have you spoiling all the fun, now can we?"
So is it safe to assume Stolas is in that category of demon that's usually the villain of a ghost-themed horror movie like Paranormal Activity, Sinister, or Insidious?
@@Obijuan1997 Stolas is, if memory serves, only a step beneath Astaroth and only 2 beneath beings such as Baal and Asmodeus. These beings are themselves the immediate hierarchy under Satan himself.
And we gotta remember he probably hasn't even shown off all his powers yet, he just did everything necessary to summon himself (creepy since you thought people had to do it but no he can do it as well)
I loved this episode! We got to see both Moxie and Blitz's inner thoughts and feelings through the hallucinations and then they had their moment of emotional growth together! Also I wonder if Stolas knows they recorded them as he looked at the camera and it lingered on him before cutting out. And if so does that mean we get to see him get his hands dirty to do some damage control.
@@riccardomosena4162 Yes and there seemed to be a slight pause on his screen before being shut off. He was also looking dead at the camera so it makes me wonder if he knew he was being recorded or not.
Stolas is one of the demon royalty. So he's extremely powerful. He's one of the leaders in hell under Satan himself. Alastor isn't demon royalty but is extremely powerful as well.
Isn't he like third tier? In terms of ranking, with Satan lucifer and Lilith being first tier and demon lord like asmodeus and beelzebub etc being tier 2 and with goetia demons like stolas among others being beneath those? Unless the hazbinverse cuts out the 7 lords of hell out entirely
@@xxxhalo4everxxx The tier goes like this: 1st is Lucifer and his family, 2nd are the Seven Deadly Sins, and 3rd is the Goetia family. Under them are the overlords, who are mortal souls that rose to power, and under them are the normal souls in hell. Under them are imps and hellhounds.
Just realized that they all have their own themes that played out now during the action scene. Such great work done by the creators of the show and everyone involved.
Keep in mind that Stolas has been manipulating humans for millennia, and he is a Great Demon Prince (based on the Lesser Key of Solomon). Terrifying mortals is just part of the game...but the fact that he managed to possess one agent, then reanimate many others so that he could effectively draw his own summoning circle is a level of power that is a bit crazy.
it only makes sense that stolas is vastly more powerful than alastor. come on, stolas has ties to king solomon and has served DIRECTLY under lucifer. what kind of power could a voodoo practitioner have on this level of the occult?
Liked this episode and the introduction to DHORKS. Makes sense that they are trying to figure out why these demons are coming to earth, after all they have done in public. Really wanting to see how this goes going foward.
What I got from this episode is that blitzø is scared of being alone but he pushes the people he cares about away from him unintentionally. And how terrifying stolas is, remember stolas is more powerful than alastor
Oda Nobunaga wasn't the only Daimyo with guns, he was the first Daimyo to use them effectively in the open field. And he himself learned, the hard way on how to use them more effectively after seeing how effective the Warrior Monks at Ishiyama-Honnganji where with rifles, the rifles where a huge part of the reason why, after 10 or so years he just abandoned the siege against the Warrior Monks of Ikko-Ikki.
I think Stolas would rather not kill if he's not in danger. Remember in E2 when he only killed an imp when IMP wasn't around to protect him or Via (and for simplicity's sake)?
Also,I dunno if it was intentional, but at the end of the episode,Stolas is seen looking *directly* at camera,as if knowing it was there, which also makes no sense(unless there's a reason behind it.)
@@XxStrugglerxX Maybe he's got someone in the human world who can handle it? Either that or he truly thinks no one will believe DHORKS even with the video evidence
@@XxStrugglerxX I think some people are overthinking it. If you go back in the episode during that specific scene that the camera recorded, you see him turn around and start walking toward Blitzo. In other words, he isn't looking at the camera, they just paused the video in the middle while he was turning around. Also, even a bit beyond that, if you look closely at the orientation of the camera and perspective, he isn't even looking directly at it. Though considering he doesn't have any pupils I can understand why for some it would be hard to tell. Edit: Also it was paused where it was paused because they wanted a clear view of their faces. You will notice each one of their faces are entirely visible. With that said, it's safe to say Blitzo knew about the cameras considering he is directly flicking it off. XD
This feels like the longest episode yet. I love that the Dorks use all kinds of weapons, except guns. And they pointed it out themselves 🤣 They are still going to be called crazy. If you look into the supernatural community, you see that no matter how compelling the video is, there will always be people who call it fake. (to me, the really compelling evidence is those with animals, becouse they don't lie. They can't act the part)
I've watched a good number of people react Helluva Boss, but this is the first time anyone has brought Psychonauts and I love both Psychonauts games. Most people just talk about Invader Zim, Billy and Mandy or Angry Beavers. I was also really shocked to find out he voiced Alpha from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.
She switched to her human form once they entered the human world so she wouldn’t be noticed on the way to the DHORK building. She had Millie in the backpack for a reason, and i know she was carrying a giant weapon but honestly that would be easier to explain.
My fav parts are when Moxxie admits to being pegged (which, with a girl like Millie, your gonna get pegged by that dom of a cowgirl) Moxxie and Blitzos trip, Moxxies because of the Phantom In The Opera music and Blitzos because hes learning to accept those who want to get close to him and be true with himself, and the fight scene, especially how they started it with Luna fucking up that dude that tried to throw the chained sickle at Blitzo basically the whole damn thing is too good
In Demonology, Stolas is regarded as an incredibly wise and knowledgeable Great Prince of Hell. It stands to reason he'd know how to possess both living humans and dead corpses and force them to draw a pentagram for him to enter the human world through.
Isn’t he also a master of gateways and portals? Heck, he likely could have forced his way in even without the circle, but that’s not as intimidating, is it.
I never realized before, but the reason Stolas had to possess Agent Two was because I.M.P. had the Grimoire. So Stolas has the ability to travel into the human world without it, but it's much more of a hassle than simply opening a portal.
@@KikzoTheDemonJackal Alastor is, at the end of the day, just a medium fish in a small pond. The city where all the Sinners get sent to and contained in is only one ring of Hell, and there does appear to be a certain limit to how powerful Sinners can get. Stolas, meanwhile, is a veteran of the War in Heaven and a certified Great Prince of Hell, only 3 steps below Satan himself. Alastor is nightmarish amongst the overlords of Sin City, but against real powers in the demonic hierarchy he's outclassed.
I think Loona transformed because at first they had to navigate the streets before getting to the building, but then yeah once real fight was on and everyone there already knew...hell hound time.
Stolas (the character) is based on a Goetic demon of the same name from The Lesser Key of Solomon. (Nerd fact: him being depicted as an owl, appeared as a raven when initially summoned, and even that seal adorning his home and summoning circle are all pulled directly from his description within The Lesser Key of Solomon.) You think Stolas is terrifying? Stolas is one of the most peaceful and generally "nerdy" of the demons listed in the Keys of Solomon. I'm eager to see if they pull out the Dukes, Earls, or how they flesh out the overlords of Hell... (After seeing them go full Goetic Summoning Ritual in episode 6, I'm thinking shits gonna get "real" in the future 😝)
Im pretty sure we havent even seen Stolas full power. I think thats a small portion of his power and a glimpse at his full demon form. Still IMPressive ;P.
I think this episodes best thing it did was add a thing to tie it all together. Now that there’s a group that knows about them it’ll give the show an enemy to tie the episodes together so it doesn’t feel as disjointed as it’s been. While the government guys seem like canon fodder having them come back will make the show feel like it’s not just a comedy for the sake of it with no overarching story. Also having a little bit of Blitzo living up to the show title and being a hell of a boss is really nice to see
On the second viewing I realize the joke where Blitzo says "hold this" refrencing the bag with the rocket launcher in it is him saying "hold my dick." XD
I just realized... when he said "Let us all return" and just *swoosh* opens a portal. Now i wonder... was that horror show before necessary? Or was he just fuckin with those guys?
Sounds like Blitzo was watching the new Cats that came out, I don't blame him for leaving halfway through. Sweet that he decided to spare Moxxie's feelings about it.

Since we saw a glimpse of Stolas's power here, imagine how majestic it will be in Hazbin series when we see Lucifer's and Charlie's full power.
Yeah I don’t know if I should be excited or terrified for the unveiling of Charlie’s full power I mean she might not be as terrifying as Stolas but at the same time there is a GREAT chance that she is considering that she is demon royalty like Stolas and much higher status
If we ever see it. It’s been so long since the pilot without a single new episode or even a sneak peak. Hope it’s only gonna be one episode per year. 😕
@@ShadowWolf1982 Hazbin has been greenlit last year by the A24 company, and will be releasing as a full season, and not ep by ep like Helluva Boss. And the platform is most likely going to be either Netflix or HBO Max.

Through the first 5 episodes I kinda let it slip my mind that these characters are well...demons. Stolas' scene definitely brought some of my worst fears to life but it was still amazing! Definitely my favorite episode so far.
This episode cemented Stolas as my favorite character by a longshot
12:48 And that's why Blitzø is calling fatty momma, because she is dead xD
This was a deep and badass episode!
21:15 beautiful work and suck it Disney!
Interesting that moxxie was about to probably deal with problems in mind but blitz wasn’t able to, hmm wonder how this will be used in the future going forward for his character?
Also Luna was hot and badass in this!
Stolas is awesome! And THAT is how a demon does an entrance.
*Loona not Luna. Go look it up
@@JoAnHe0604 cm on man change it up a bit
@@haydenagnew ... But literally why
@@JoAnHe0604 be original ur just repeating urself
Funny thing is, Moxie's trip is Disney-inspired and Stolas's entrance is Don Bluth-inspired. Reminds me of the ending scene in All Dogs Go To Heaven.
Luna probably changed back into her demon form so it would be easier to fight. I love how Stolas entered! It was amazingly creepy! I hope Blitzø and the rest of the IMPs get out okay. The character development is amazing, and I'm attached to all of them!
"Why does Loona have to have a hot human form?"
Because Vivienne Medrano, that's why.
Notice how moxie said sometimes to blitz's question about Millie.
If I'm being honest... if that's what it took to be with that woman I probably would too...
Agent One and Agent two, having shown video evidence to 'The Suits at Corporate'.
Suits: "Impressive, you managed to document proof of the Afterlife and Demonic Powers. Good work."
Agents blush.
Suits: "You followed all protocols, destroyed all other copies, burned everything? This is the only record?"
Agent One: "Yeah, we know how to do our job!"
Suits: "You two are the only living witnesses?"
Agent Two: "Did we watch the same video? It's a freakin' miracle we got out alive! We are it, Buddy!"
Suits: "Good. Well, this incident seems fully contained. Thank you for your service."
The lights dim as a hidden door opens.
Demons rush into the room and after a brief struggle, begin feeding on Agent One and Agent Two.
Suits, after the screaming dies down: "Did you really think that an Agency like ours would exist for any reason other than squashing nosy little twerps like you?"
Suits: "Proof of the Afterlife would ruin every major Religion overnight! Trillions in reliable revenue on the line, not to mention the steady stream of Souls!"
Suits: "Can't have you spoiling all the fun, now can we?"

I like how Loona never appeared in Blitz's vision, implying he doesn't regret how he treats her
So is it safe to assume Stolas is in that category of demon that's usually the villain of a ghost-themed horror movie like Paranormal Activity, Sinister, or Insidious?
I mean technically. He's the one of the most peaceful members of the Ars Goetia, and that was only a fraction of his proper power, haha.
@@yogurtofthemultiverse2200 Shit. So he stomps most horror movie villains like Valak or Bagul?
@@Obijuan1997 Probably, yea, lol
I’d say he’s more in the category of the demon that the ‘face’ monster WORKS for, like Leviathan to Pinhead.
@@Obijuan1997 Stolas is, if memory serves, only a step beneath Astaroth and only 2 beneath beings such as Baal and Asmodeus. These beings are themselves the immediate hierarchy under Satan himself.
Yeah, goes to show you that Stolas is not one to be taken lightly...I am officially terrified.
I pity the poor bastard that makes him angry.
And if so does that mean we get to see him get his hands dirty to do some damage control.
the camera was stopped in that moment, to show full face, like they did with the other 3 cameras
@@riccardomosena4162 Yes and there seemed to be a slight pause on his screen before being shut off. He was also looking dead at the camera so it makes me wonder if he knew he was being recorded or not.
I'm just now realizing that Erica Lutrell was the voice actor for Agent 2, cause she also voices Bangalore in Apex Legends
@@xxxhalo4everxxx The tier goes like this:
1st is Lucifer and his family, 2nd are the Seven Deadly Sins, and 3rd is the Goetia family. Under them are the overlords, who are mortal souls that rose to power, and under them are the normal souls in hell. Under them are imps and hellhounds.
@@hanaeve__ weren't sucubi and the likes a tier higher then imps and hellhounds tho? Like in between them and sinners?
@@xxxhalo4everxxx I’m not really sure, to me they’d be in the same tier, but they might be higher than imps.
I wonder how many more dozens of requests for this are flooding the discord by now lol
Yes, that is how many.
Just realized that they all have their own themes that played out now during the action scene. Such great work done by the creators of the show and everyone involved.
Love to see the renegades still react
Keep in mind that Stolas has been manipulating humans for millennia, and he is a Great Demon Prince (based on the Lesser Key of Solomon).
Terrifying mortals is just part of the game...but the fact that he managed to possess one agent, then reanimate many others so that he could effectively draw his own summoning circle is a level of power that is a bit crazy.

"Damn, Stolas! You Scary!"
Iconic Comment of this Video!
it's probably because her human form gives different benefits and her wolf form has their own as well
Richard Horvitz seriously belted it out in his musical trip! 👏👏👏👏
it only makes sense that stolas is vastly more powerful than alastor.
come on, stolas has ties to king solomon and has served DIRECTLY under lucifer. what kind of power could a voodoo practitioner have on this level of the occult?
What's this about ties to King Solomon?
@@jordanhunter3375 stolas is among the demonic entities that king solomon has convened with and bound within his own temple to repair broken creation.
@@yeen.7209 Hmmm. Would make sense. A broken temple would need refreshing of the gardens
Honestly, leaving those two agents alive made no sense for any of them, but I'm glad they are, even if they're totally gonna die by the end of this.
@@XxStrugglerxX
I think some people are overthinking it.
XD
@@SilvyReacts Yeah,that makes sense

Blitzø having a traumatic drug trip and the fight scene were my favorite bits!
everyone talking about helluva boss: me happy that someone has finally pointed out that raz was voiced by the guy who voices moxxie
This feels like the longest episode yet.
I love that the Dorks use all kinds of weapons, except guns.
And they pointed it out themselves 🤣
They are still going to be called crazy.
My fav parts are when Moxxie admits to being pegged (which, with a girl like Millie, your gonna get pegged by that dom of a cowgirl) Moxxie and Blitzos trip, Moxxies because of the Phantom In The Opera music and Blitzos because hes learning to accept those who want to get close to him and be true with himself, and the fight scene, especially how they started it with Luna fucking up that dude that tried to throw the chained sickle at Blitzo
basically the whole damn thing is too good
Great reaction, enjoyed your input. Can’t wait to see the next episode and your reaction to it, see you in the next reaction take care.
Most overlords and princes of hell are most likely extremely powerful ie. Alastor, Charlie, Stolas, etc...
Note that alastor is considered a "weak overlord" (or atleast is the most popular opinion of many)

Heck, he likely could have forced his way in even without the circle, but that’s not as intimidating, is it.

also the fight scene and seeing a more active and protective loona gives me more respec for her.
The guy in the front seemed genuinely afraid when Stolas started making everything glitch
I love blitz's singing. It's such a contrast to his usual gritty speech and vulgarity
It is so cool that Stolas used a work around here so he didn't need the book to get to the human world.
As the saying goes : "never bring a sword to a gunfight."
Unless it looks cool... but yeah you're gonna die if you do that
When I saw this episode every scene with the 2 agents felt like I saw it like a deja vu kinda feeling
I never realized before, but the reason Stolas had to possess Agent Two was because I.M.P. had the Grimoire. So Stolas has the ability to travel into the human world without it, but it's much more of a hassle than simply opening a portal.
There are 2 more episode left this season as far as i'm aware
There’s a reason Vivzie once said Stolas is more powerful than Alastor……think about that.
I thought she said they had different power sets, and it pressed, Stolas might only be slightly stronger than Alistair overall?
@@ShadowWolf1982 Nope he is even more powerful then Alastor.
@@KikzoTheDemonJackal Alastor is, at the end of the day, just a medium fish in a small pond. Alastor is nightmarish amongst the overlords of Sin City, but against real powers in the demonic hierarchy he's outclassed.

Stolas (the character) is based on a Goetic demon of the same name from The Lesser Key of Solomon.
(Nerd fact: him being depicted as an owl, appeared as a raven when initially summoned, and even that seal adorning his home and summoning circle are all pulled directly from his description within The Lesser Key of Solomon.)
You think Stolas is terrifying?
Stolas is one of the most peaceful and generally "nerdy" of the demons listed in the Keys of Solomon.
I'm eager to see if they pull out the Dukes, Earls, or how they flesh out the overlords of Hell...
(After seeing them go full Goetic Summoning Ritual in episode 6, I'm thinking shits gonna get "real" in the future 😝)
This whole episode makes me think of a +18 super natural special of invaders zim
I've never seen Hamilton but that's what Moxxie's hallucination is reminding me of
When stolas came in I only heard one thing FETCH ME THERE SOULS
Im pretty sure we havent even seen Stolas full power. I think thats a small portion of his power and a glimpse at his full demon form. Still IMPressive ;P.
I think this episodes best thing it did was add a thing to tie it all together. Now that there’s a group that knows about them it’ll give the show an enemy to tie the episodes together so it doesn’t feel as disjointed as it’s been. While the government guys seem like canon fodder having them come back will make the show feel like it’s not just a comedy for the sake of it with no overarching story. Also having a little bit of Blitzo living up to the show title and being a hell of a boss is really nice to see
FUN FACT: Psychonauts 2 will be released Wednesday, August 25th this year! Time to continue what was my childhood.
11:06 this is the equivalent to Big Smoke’s order
Man, demons are OP. A few imps were able to take out all those guards, and then a demon Prince shows up by summoning himself through possession.
The fact that stolas isn't even the most powerful demon in hell and he is still capable of that is scary
The demon agents were drawing the Seal Of Stolas

Sounds like Blitzo was watching the new Cats that came out, I don't blame him for leaving halfway through. Sweet that he decided to spare Moxxie's feelings about it.
