Love watching ollie's videos. The other day, I was at a newly renovated apartment building. Flushed the toilet, heard buble, bubble, bubble, and noticed water slow to drain. Thanks to Ollie, though I'm not a plumber, I knew what the problem likely was: building debris in pipe. Recommended drain camera inspection to building super. Yesterday, was back at same building. While there, the local equivalent of Ollie turned up. Couldn't stay to see what the result of inspection was, but will ask next time I'm there, I'm sure they appreciated finding out before a big mess happened!
UPDATE: It was a big rag, that likely was used to stop debris falling in a pipe during demo, that got lost in the sewer. I got a big thanks from the building superintendent.
My grandfather was a plumber, he died when my mum was 13, and I'm fairly certain I could plumb that toilet and line better than this job. Flatarse pipe, toilet lower than the plumbing, big old lip in the run

If he can be a ethical man who stands by his word, then he will be ahead of most, not that it want be hard but keeping his word when it is hard will be what people will notice!
