This is an excellently scripted and narrated video. I don't agree with all of your picks but that's part of the fun of a ranking video. You nailed the number one spot. That fighter is a beauty
Thanks so much my dude! I really appreciate the feedback 🙏 I'm glad you agree with the number one spot, I don't hear much about that set sadly. I'm curious though, what were some of your biggest disagreements with my list?
Blue Obi Wan interceptor was acctually borowed from Aayla Secura in legends. Nowdays its probably considered two diferent blue ships as we know she flight one on Felucia, but both use Aayla's droid.
Plo Koon's is my favorite personally just cause it's so nostalgic. I like the angular striping and astromech we got in it as well as a great Plo Koon fig. Great video!
For Obi-Wan’s Jedi Starfighter from 2023, there is an awesome rebrickable modification that you can make with just the parts with this set that give it the pointier nose of the starfighter.
Love this modification. I modified mine all in a Delta 7B configuration. Redone Obi-Wan's newest version, Anakin's yellow, Saesee Tiin's, Plo Coon's, Ahsoka's, Mace Windu's, and even made one for Kit Fisto. Probably won't do anything with Jedi Bob's. Anakin's Custom Azure Angel has been modified for laser cannons, lowered the astromech Droid, and color swapped some pieces.
I've been in the Lego space for a while now and I haven't heard Saesee's starfighter get like any love. So I'm glad there's been some praise in the comments 🙏
@@jordan_Yoda Yeah, in the world of retired Lego Star Wars sets from 10+ years ago, 70 isn't great but it could have been a lot worse. Did you get the figs though?

Keep up the great videos man, this channel is going to do really well! ❤
the reason why so many starfighters have that gap issue in the wings is that they always insist upon the starfighter's wings bending down at a slight angle... even though they don't do that in universe, the delta 7 wings are perfectly horizantal

I prefer when the set has you just remove the astromech head and stick it on the ship. It looks more accurate to the movies, and it prevents the weird looking bulk needed to fit an entire droid.
Yeah I totally agree. It's nice to not have the astromech's body just laying on the floor somewhere. But I'd rather have a more sleek and accurate looking starfighter.
The new cockpit piece as well as the large, white domelike structure behind it are still a bit of a jarring change for me. But everything else is fantastic for sure. In regards to its value as a set though, it's one of the most overpriced sets probably since Grievous's Starfighter from 2020.
Confused by interceptors being included but still cool none the less. Maybe put that in the title for clarity purposes being how they are very different types of ships. Good job anyways, love the thumbnail!

I have the top three! The Jedi Starfighter collection is low-key one of the top things I am collecting (after the Jedi and Sith themselves). I have always loved the, especially the Anakin'modified one, which might be one of my favorite sets of all time!
If Anakin's Jedi interceptor from 2014/2020 is not gonna be somewhere in the top I'll be disappointed. That set is absolutely GOATed! Edit: I'm not disappointed 😆 but putting Anakin's starfighter from 2008 at the lowest place, even below the infamous Yoda's interceptors, is a travesty! I still have this set and I think it holds up pretty well. It's got plenty of cool features like ejectable R2, a rudder that actually moves instead of being a solid block, landing gear, movable wings and probably still something that I forget about. I modified it a little and gave it a stud launcher, a place to hold Anakin lightsaber, and a windshield that moves up and down instead of being pulled out in its entirety. It's pretty sweet! But as you said, the colouring could have been a bit better and the light-gray pieces should have been some darker hue :)
Yeah I still really like the 2008 Anakin's Starfighter. The eject feature for R2 was a lot of fun. And I do think that the Yoda's starfighters are pretty overhated but still not all that great. Also cool mods! I love modding my starfighters even if some consider it somewhat sacrilegious.
Overall I think you did a great job at ranking most of those. Though I think you could have made two videos out of it, one with Starfighters and one with Interceptors. 🤔 Also I was literally shocked when I saw Mace Windows Starfighter so low on the list. For me it's one of the best lego Star Wars sets of all time. The coloring looks great and way more varied than most the other ones the tactical droid with the speeder is a excellent addition and it's pretty individual not only than but still as it hasn't been remaked for some reason...
The tactical droid and his speeder definitely were awesome inclusions. But like I said, I wasn't ranking the sets as a whole, just the starfighters themselves.
@ used the instructions recently to rebuild it swapping the blue and white for black and red, it actually turned out really well. Unfortunately it was basically all my old brittle red so taking it apart would literally break it lol
Funny you mention Plo Koon. In a deleted animatic for order 66, they show him eject his cockpit when he gets fired on And then the clones ruthlessly aim up and snipe the escape pod...
@Brickity-Split yeah. It was brutal. If it isn't on RUclips you can find the extended order 66 scene on Disney plus or a revenge of the sith dvd. There were also brutal deaths for Quinlin Vos (gunned down by a walker) Bariss Offee (shot and stomped on by a walker.) And more. it's... Nasty
The one thing I’ll never understand is the light gray on the newer jedi interceptors. Especially Anakin’s and Obi-Wan’s. If you look at the in-universe ships, even just by simply watching EpIII you can clearly see they are dark gray. 2005 was the only time their color schemes were accurate.
It's a shame, I love the design of the Delta-7 fighter, but Lego can just never seem to get the design quite right. Obi-Wan's from 2022 I think came pretty close, but still just missed the mark. But if nothing else this video is cool for seeing where a lot of the random R2 units I got off eBay came from. I freaking love those little droids and collected quite a few a while back. Mace Windu's R8-B7 is my all-time favorite for color and design. That is now my personal R unit when I'm exploring the Galaxy Far, Far away. I use it as the droid in my E-Wing fighter too. I mean I've even done the build trick to give those R units the third leg for as many as I could.
That is one of my most desired Lego sets ever. It would make for such a perfect counterpart for my Azure Angel, and I'm always down for more Clones Wars 2003 representation.
How-D you are my favourite! (How do you spell favorite?) I like LEGO more than GD, honestly! If this was your only channel, I really wouldn’t mind. Love everything you do, man! I’m certain you’ll begin to shower videos with memes. I am loving the way Brickity Split is going so far! Thanks for reading, man! Hope you reply! (However, I’m not proud to say I came out in the 2012 lego set, so I’m still kind of an infant, but I hope you’re chill about that…)
Yeah there's sadly a lot of people who have forgotten Anakin's Custom Jedi Starfighter. An X-Wing list would be a great smaller video. I feel like there haven't been as many of those. And a UCS set video would no doubt be my biggest one yet, but I'm totally doing that at some point.
9:32 People say this is the worst one? I'll try to prove that it's the best one! 1. It's a good deal. At 30$ it's acutally cheaper than the one from 2002 and it has 2 more minifigures. Even better, I payed less than 25€ for it. One of the best Star Wars deals I ever got. Even WITHOUT considering inflation I payed less for this set than the jedi starfighter I bought over 10 years earlier when I was a little boy. This was such a great deal and it came out when everyone was complaining about legos prices. You can't complain about this one unless you don't understand inflation. 2. It has great content. Obi Wan is a major character and this figure is better than average. Double sided face, leg printing, hood. I just wish the had given us the new and way more accurate hair. R4 isn't a big deal but he's a cute little fella, who woudl say not to him. But the Kaminoan... FINALLY after TWENTY YEARS we get a Kaminoan. They have been in the Lego games since ages... you obviously can't have Clone Wars without the Cloners... I can't believe it took Lego so long but they did a good job! And I thought we would get 2 more Bad Batch sets with Kaminoans right after this. Lego surely wouldn't make a great exclusive minifigure with a new mold just for a cheap starfighter. ZERO! It's the only source for Kaminoans until now. And Obi Wans Delta-7 is THE jedi star fighter. It takes a central role in Episode two, the first jedi starfighter on the big screen and it's stunning. The Delta-7B from the Clone Wars can't keep up and the red and yellow duo from Revenge of the Sith is awesome but it gets scrapped after the exposition. 3. Modability. I haven't been praising the looks of this ship so far and one thing you have to point out here about Lego's Delta-7's is how unpointy the are. The entire thing looks like an arrow head yet lego has refused to give this ship a proper point. Only two versions are remotely pointy. Well this set has you covered because even though it's not designed with a point you get 6 white 3x2 triangular plates so you surely have two to spare. I took the ones from the back and put the green ones in their spot wich is actually more accurate. You don't get the perfect angle at the front but it's a huuge improvement. It finally looks a Delta-7 space wedge! I didn't use any stickers on this set and only moded it with pieces from the set and some that I had laying around. I'm so happy with how it turned out! The gaps are gone, I replaced the canons and also made the hood a bit lower and more triangular. Great set, I'll actually buy some more now since it will retire soon :D
Yeah I've always thought that set was a good deal and a good quality build. A lot of people only like the set for the Taun We figure which I guess is fair, but I think a lot of people sleep on the quality of the build.
my first lego star wars set Ever is the saese tin jedi starfighter, not only i think the design is very well done, I have a sentimental bond with the set because my grandfather gifted to me , so for me its the best jedi starfighter
You should make this a like monthly upload thing, you get 2 gd videos, a non gd video, then a brickity split video. Idk I can’t wait for more brickity split
I would love to make these uploads more regular. It's looking like there's not gonna be more than around 1 video per month on this channel though, unfortunately.
Building massive armies of clone minifigures is cool, but it's never really had much appeal for me. I'm much more interested in starfighters and adjacent vehicles.
for plo koons delta 7 at 10:10 i originally thought it was a small nod at the the design of the azure angel as plo koons delta 7 ("the blade of dorin" seriously cool name) shared a similar color scheme. but a friend of mine pointed out that he always thought that angularity changeup front looked like they were attempting to try and make the channels that the twin laser canons have cause when you look at the delta 7 it DOES have recessed channels in front of the laser canons
I see exactly what you mean. The concept of those recessed channels is totally fine, that seems to be a recurring theme among the delta 7 models. But it seems like they raised the indications of those channels on Plo's starfighter, and I don't think that was the right call.
You had to mention the droid issue on Obi-Wan's Interceptor (75135) didn't you? I was perfectly content leaving it as is blissfully unaware that the droid sits up so high. My OCD brain couldn't unsee that after this video and spent about an hour going through my spare Lego parts to see if I could mod the ship so the droid sat lower, which it now does. I can now rest easy knowing my Jedi Interceptors are fixed and ready to protect me of any unwanted monsters lurking in the shadows.
@@Brickity-Split I just built the Ahsoka Jedi Interceptor and it has the same issue as the Obi-Wan Jedi Interceptor with the droid sitting too high. Two other issues I had with this build is the front portion of the canopy has two quarter circle tiles held by one peg so can be accidentally shifted and the lightsaber holders I feel are a bit too forward. The light saber issue I just moved them in back to be hidden by the wings, but I can't do anything about the quarter circle tiles.
@@nosliwec Yeah I see what you mean about the astromech problem. I think Obi Wan's from 2016 is still worse by like a plate or two, but regardless it's a dumb problem that's super easy to avoid.
Thanks man, glad to hear it. I was inspired to make my own list when I saw FiveLonelyClones's video ranking the Jedi Starfighters (which I disagreed with quite a lot). But I would have made my own list regardless, this is easily one of the topics I'm most passionate about in the Lego Star Wars space.
My biggest problem with all of these is how freaking huge they are. In episode two obi-wan is bit taller than the top of the cockpit window. I understand scale is a little wonky in Lego but these things would be like 14 feet tall
Yeah that's a valid complaint. I don't even see many community made MOCs that fix that issue though. I've grown kind of numb to inaccurate scaling of vehicles for the most part. But that's very case by case. I'd be lying if I said I didn't let it get to me from time to time.
I really like your editing and the style of your video but I wish you showed your own footage of the sets. I’m guessing from some of your descriptions, you don’t own all of the sets on the list. Having a set in your hands makes a huge difference. I didn’t think much of the 05 interceptors until I owned one for myself. I think it’s really important to actually have personal experience with the thing you are ranking or you may misjudge things in either direction.
I would love to show off the sets in person, but a collection that size would be hundreds if not thousands of dollars and I'm definitely not at that point yet. I try to make up for my lack of personal experiences with the sets by doing research and watching reviews on them.
Personally I like the 2014 Anakin’s interceptor over the 2020 version. I thought the cockpit interior was a big downgrade. The control panel detailing was worse & I don’t like that the minifig essentially lays down while he’s flying the ship
You're confusing Mace Windu's delta 7 from TCW 2008 with his interceptor from CW 2003-2005, which I what I was talking about. Two completely different ships.
@@MrfguttonyourAnd Anakin's Azure Angel does have a detachable cockpit I suppose, but it's not an advertised feature or anything. And every starfighters has a detachable cockpit if you really want to be that guy.
@ ya but it makes sense why the color are the way they are because that’s how it is in the show. If the made his interceptor then ya it should be purple.
@@eonbree8593 So glad you agree. That set used to be so underrated and forgotten, but I've thankfully been seeing some more love for it here and there.
great video i completely agree with your number one ranking although you forgot the UCS Obi Wan's Jedi Starfighter. It's a pretty shitty set so I don't think it would be ranked highly anyways but still. keep up the good work!
Thanks for watching, I'm glad you enjoyed bro 🙏 I actually was gonna make an entire segment of the video dedicated to the UCS Obi Wan's starfighter, but I figured it wouldn't really be a fair comparison. I do think that set actually got the proportions down pretty much perfectly, but again it uses way more pieces so it wouldn't have been a fair fight.
I generally like it. But I think the massive white chunk at the back looks a little odd. I'd like to see them try to use that piece again with some different shaping for a future Jedi interceptor.
I didn't rank Obi-Wan's UCS Jedi Starfighter because it would have easily taken the top spot for me. So it didn't feel like a fair fight. I'll totally rank every UCS set someday though.
Do you know where you would place the UCS Delta 7? Obi-Wan's Delta 7 is my personal favorite Star Wars ship, so I was bummed that its best version didn't show up on the list.
@@theendersteve6821 I probably would have put it very near the top. I didn't include it since it would t really be a fair fight. Proportionally it is just so much better than everything else since it's at a larger scale.
Go watch the Star Wars the clone wars cartoon. All the astromechs are in a center square like the toy. And they aren’t as long and thin as in the attack of the clone movies. The cartoon and and the movie are actually 2 different models of the Star fighter. Sorry if I sound like a butthole, I just really picky when it comes to the Star fighters
@@awsome16493 Yeah I know their positioning isnt inaccurate or anything. I just think it would be cool to have a plate with a hole cut out to go on top of the astromechs to help smooth things out for all of these starfighters. I've always thought the ships look better with just the astromech's head protruding.
@@shinyrayquaza9 That's a good point. That just goes to show how sadly forgettable that show was. I even like a lot of the sets to come out of that show, that's the sad part.

Wasn't there a UCS Delta 7 released in 2010 or 2011?
Yeah, that was in 2010. Since it's like 5x the size of the others I left it out of the list. I didn't think it'd be a fair fight.
I really want them to do Ventress's ship from 2003 especially if it's accurately sized in comparison to Anakin's souped up Starfighter
That is one of my most desired Lego sets ever. It would make for such a perfect counterpart for my Azure Angel, and I'm always down for more Clones Wars 2003 representation.
Saesee Tin's is my favorite by far, so glad I got one. Also my favorite droid too
I'm so glad to see so much Saesee Tiin starfighter love in the comments 🙏
How-D you are my favourite! (How do you spell favorite?) I like LEGO more than GD, honestly! If this was your only channel, I really wouldn’t mind. Love everything you do, man! I’m certain you’ll begin to shower videos with memes. I am loving the way Brickity Split is going so far! Thanks for reading, man! Hope you reply! (However, I’m not proud to say I came out in the 2012 lego set, so I’m still kind of an infant, but I hope you’re chill about that…)
@@metalkidleo Thanks so much for the support my dude! I'm glad you enjoyed 🙏
interesting perspectives on some of these, did not even know the number 1 existed. now we need a x wing list or maybe a UCS one
That's a very good choice
You should make this a like monthly upload thing, you get 2 gd videos, a non gd video, then a brickity split video. Idk I can’t wait for more brickity split
I would love to make these uploads more regular. It's looking like there's not gonna be more than around 1 video per month on this channel though, unfortunately.
I do feel like the gd kids would go bezerk if there wasn’t a gd video after the non gd video, cause I know they aren’t gonna check for another channel
The 2012 green fighter was my first Epsiode 3 Jedi starfighter. I’m gonna rebuild that the second I can
@@markbeutner3602 That's such a good set. I wish I picked it up back when it came out.
i love my arc 170 and starfighter fleet. so much cooler than clone armys imo. really need the venator and the new ahsoka one to complete it
Building massive armies of clone minifigures is cool, but it's never really had much appeal for me. I'm much more interested in starfighters and adjacent vehicles.
a surprisingly fun watch
@@chnyuk Glad you enjoyed bro thanks for watching 🙏
for plo koons delta 7 at 10:10 i originally thought it was a small nod at the the design of the azure angel as plo koons delta 7 ("the blade of dorin" seriously cool name) shared a similar color scheme. but a friend of mine pointed out that he always thought that angularity changeup front looked like they were attempting to try and make the channels that the twin laser canons have cause when you look at the delta 7 it DOES have recessed channels in front of the laser canons
@@nosliwec Well said, fellow autist 🙏
Jedi Bobs starfighter is my favorite I love the color the guns the shape the hyperdrive engines and everything else is just amazing
11:50 I actually have the one And I got it used with only the Astromech (way cheaper) and i didn't know the name until now
my type of lego video at last 💥
This is a cool idea i love it
Thanks man, glad to hear it. I was inspired to make my own list when I saw FiveLonelyClones's video ranking the Jedi Starfighters (which I disagreed with quite a lot). But I would have made my own list regardless, this is easily one of the topics I'm most passionate about in the Lego Star Wars space.
@@Brickity-Split very good timing for me as i only recently took interest in jedi starfighters as im a mega clone/clone wars fan
@C-y-b-e-r That's awesome. What's your favorite set in your collection?
@ less then a week ago i actually built Anakin’s custom jedi starfighter, 100% my favorite one, i use it as a sub for plo koon’s starfighter though
My favorite part of the 2022 Obi-Wan fighter is that it's still available in the dozens and still just costs $25 😂
I agree soooo much that Saesee Tiin’s starfighter is underrated
I'm so glad to see so much Saesee Tiin starfighter love in the comments 🙏
7:25 I just learned a terrible truth. I think R8-B7 is a separatist droid.
A separatist... DROID!?
7:27 I laughed way harder than what I should have 🤣
My biggest problem with all of these is how freaking huge they are.
12:40 I don’t know if the canopy of the Delta seven eject, but I do know there is an ejection for the Astro droid
I try to make up for my lack of personal experiences with the sets by doing research and watching reviews on them.
why noone put UCS star fighter in theirs list. Nice video
If I put the UCS starfighter in here, it wouldn't be a fair fight lol
sigma video how-D 🔥
Battle packs next boss?
That would be an insanely long video, but absolutely. I'd love to make it sometime soon.
Good vid
If anyone likes custom sets you should check out plo kloons ship from American brick store. It’s my favorite Star fighter and super accurate
Yeah that's a super sleek model. I'd love to own that one day.
How could you say that about yellow!!!
I love ye,llo1!!!! Juts not for starfigthers!!!! 💛
@@how-d 🤨
The reason mace windus star fighter is dark red is because in canon his troopers are dark red instead of purple
Personally I like the 2014 Anakin’s interceptor over the 2020 version. I thought the cockpit interior was a big downgrade. The control panel detailing was worse & I don’t like that the minifig essentially lays down while he’s flying the ship
I think there is a deleted scene from rots where Plo Koon would have used an escape pode like in Seasee Tiins Starfighter
I got the 2018 anakin starfighter, it was an okay set, i got it for 19.99 too
@@KassidyKobold That's a good deal for 20 dollars, nice pick up.
My local game store has a sealed 2002 obi wan starfighter for $90 and I’m debating on buying it just to have it. I don’t think I would build it thoufh

Thanks man I appreciate that 🙏
Mace Windu‘s Delta seven is the exact same color as it is in the clone wars animated TV show? Not purple
Also Aniken‘s modded Delta seven also detaches at the cockpit like the green one

Plo Koon has a Freaking ejecting seat in his ship😢😂
Yeah that's true. But he doesn't have an escape pod or parachute or anything. He's just a dude soaring through the air at spaceship like speeds lol
@@Brickity-Split I know Plo Koon's jedistarfighter is my 1st lego star wars set, so I'm a little bias😁
great video i completely agree with your number one ranking although you forgot the UCS Obi Wan's Jedi Starfighter. It's a pretty shitty set so I don't think it would be ranked highly anyways but still. keep up the good work!
Thanks for watching, I'm glad you enjoyed bro 🙏
I actually was gonna make an entire segment of the video dedicated to the UCS Obi Wan's starfighter, but I figured it wouldn't really be a fair comparison. I do think that set actually got the proportions down pretty much perfectly, but again it uses way more pieces so it wouldn't have been a fair fight.
i think the new cockpit part looks a lot better
I generally like it. But I think the massive white chunk at the back looks a little odd. I'd like to see them try to use that piece again with some different shaping for a future Jedi interceptor.
front was too flat on the newer obi star fighter
@@jim_secrist That was something I didn't mind at all. But I understand if you wanted a more angular look.
@@Brickity-Split i added a pice that made the front similar with seanse tins fighter
Do you have or Ranked the UCS Jedi Starfighter?
I didn't rank Obi-Wan's UCS Jedi Starfighter because it would have easily taken the top spot for me. So it didn't feel like a fair fight. I'll totally rank every UCS set someday though.
Killer pfp btw 🔥
@@Brickity-Split sweet.
@@Brickity-Split thank you. My GF edited it for me. The Moon Symbol though came from Facebook in the Photo Editor and when they HAD it Available.
@@Brickity-Split Fair enough.
You should watch TJ the brick wright high republic Jedi starfighter video and tell me what you think. I really like the concept of the hyper ring
Jedi Bobs star fighter closet resembles the star fighter from the 2003 Clone wars Movie
