This is off topic but I’m still pretty new in balloon event arrangements and one huge problem that I have is family & friends constantly assuming that I should provide their event balloon arrangements as my gift to them. I finally said something because I was losing tons of money & spending so much time “helping” them with their events that I wasn’t doing events for clients/potential clients.
I know this feeling all too well! I always explain this to my family & friends who expect anything from me: "Would go into work knowing your boss asks if you can work 8 hours but only get paid for 2 hours? No, right?!? Then please don't ask for a discount from my services because no one on this earth works for free. I put a lot of time, effort and energy. If I give you a discount, that takes away from people who are willing to pay me for my time." My family/friends are pretty much trained to know I don't do any designs for free anymore so I don't usually have to say anything. I created the boundary and they now respect it!

Double stuffing the balloons gets rid of seeing the circle also, but you need to change for them, and $500 for the garland or more is what I would change for that size.
I just saw a Home Depot trailer. But I feel like the same rental fees are the same because you still have to pay for gas vs putting a $20 trailer and giving it back [for obvious reasons there's no need to put gas in it]
