Today, I've reached 30,000 subscribers on my channel and that is an amount of followers that I cannot even fathom. Words alone cannot thank you enough for the support and motivation you've given me over the years but I hope that my music is able to express my gratitude to you all~
I knew that for this day, I not only wanted to put much more effort into making a new video, but I also wanted to upload something special to me. I've been holding back on covering this theme for quite some time because I was afraid I couldn't do it any justice, but I told myself to just...do it.
When I first watched the main title sequence of the 2002 Spider-Man movie in the theatres 15 years ago, I immediately sensed a kind of attachment - a kind of passion towards this theme. I was probably too young to even understand what that feeling was. Two years later when Spider-Man 2 came out, I couldn't be happier that the same opening theme was used, with a minor variation adjustment in the middle section that showcased Doc Ock's theme, and I enjoyed this theme even more than the first. With the countless superhero movies that came out over that period of time, this track by Danny Elfman is still and probably always will be my favourite superhero theme.
So with that said, I'm glad I have finally managed to make a cover out of this legendary theme. I hope you all enjoy my multi-piano arrangement of my favourite superhero theme from my favourite superhero movie :D Thank you all again for the support :')

Absolutely! And all this new overrated crap can't hold a candle to Raimi's Spider-Man films. They have heart and soul while the recent ones are all about politics and money-making. What a shame.

i think it's awful too. easily the worst Spider-Man film in my opinion homecoming has no soul just a rushed cash grab that's way to kiddie compared to the raimi and marc webb films

I prefer the old Spider-Man movies...cuz well I don't why they made peter younger in homecoming...like ok...hes a ok actor...its just to me the old ones are better :P....LIKE ALOT BETTER...
my favorite spider-man theme. gives the sense of mystery and wonder, with an uplifting finish. i love how in the opening of the movie when the bongos come in the beats are in sync with the marvel page flips and when the strings come in the logo starts to solidify XD

This is my faverite song
I remember when I first saw spider man 2 as six or seven-year-old on my Nans living room floor. It was the first film I can remember that scared me without making me want to stop watching.
Even as a child I could tell there was something special and sophisticated about it. And it reminded me of the incredibles that came out the same year, which I also loved.
The scenes I remember most were Doc Ocks transformation, and when the train passengers helped mask-less Spider-Man and someone says “he’s just a…kid” that always stuck with me.
I watched the whole thing again yesterday for the first time in 12 years and it’s easily one of my favourite films.

Even though the MCU Spider-Man is my favorite version of Spider-Man, I still love the Raimi Spider-Man. At the moment of writing this I’m 14 and when I was younger I loved the Raimi Spider-Man. Looking back at this Spider-Man I can appreciate and still love this Spider-Man even if I prefer the MCU one. I’m not one of those fanboys that trash on the other versions of Spider-Man. I can respect each version in their own ways. I don’t really care for the TASM Spider-Man but TASM doesn’t suck, TASM 2 was just not good in my opinion which threw off the version for me. I can still respect the actor, Andrew Garfield for the good acting, I just didn’t like the script/story for TASM 2. With that said Gwen was still a good character in TASM. Wow, I got way off topic.
I feel the same way. I was just a newborn kid when the first of these movies came out. Now when I'm 18 I'm currently rewatching all Raimi Spider-Man movies. It reminds of childhoos
