    I tried these five exercises. I have been struggling with a very tight back, lower and upper. Winged scapula on the right side. Elevated hip on the left side. Right hip protruding more than the left. Pain getting progressively worse. To my shock and amazement these five exercises have relieved some of the pain. They are very hard for me but I will try to keep going. I can feel some realignment as my balance is a bit off. That’s a good thing. It shows me that things are moving as my hips start to get ever so slightly realigned. I hope my body doesn’t simply adjust briefly and then revert back to the previous status. Thanks Ed for sharing this with us. Here’s hoping!

      What about durations How many sets of each exercise and for how long in seconds and frequency how many times a day.Plz respond.Thanks.

    Hello. Good video. I have a right thoracic curve and a rib hump at my left . Am i ok for this exercises?. And im not sure what to call my scoliosis to find the right exercises

    6:09 hi have you got any exercises that i can do sat in a wheel chair , i cant stand , well i can but i am bent over forwards and can only stay in that position for about 6 seconds

    How can you reverse c shape curve lumbar scoliosis at 16 yo? And what are some lifestyle changes that can help reverse it?

      @@BobBob-hr4tg do you only have a lumbar Scoliosis? If so, you need to check everywhere else in your body to see if there is an area causing it. For example, a leg length difference would be an easy fix. If it’s an idiopathic scoliosis, meaning you don’t know the cause, then you would need to be consistent with exercises. This video is a great start, but there are many, many more.

      Your videos are really insightful and give a deeper perspective on the 3D nature of the scoliosis (which was not what I was taught at kinesiotherapy). I have idiopathic thoracolumbar dextroscoliosis and as I am doing exercises I feel strain around my left hip joint area. Why does it happen and how do I address it?

    Hello Ed! What do you think about gravity boots? I’ve been using them for 3 months now and I’m noticing some improvement.

      @@csabaimate I think traction is an important part of working with a Scoliosis. However, just lengthening the spine will stretch the ligaments but not strengthen the muscle that will eventually hold you in place. I would suggest using the gravity boots plus specific mobility and strength exercise. Let me know if you want help with that.

      They are special boots that attach to a bar and you can hang upside down with them on. Much like an inversion table
