- The Airbus A380 is finally back at my home airport Düsseldorf. It` s been almost two years without any regular A380 flight here and I have to say that I am very happy about its comeback. Instead of the usual 14 flights per week they currently fly to DUS 10 times/week. In the first five minutes of this video you can see fresh Emitaes A380 footage, filmed within the past two weeks. I filmed the A380 about sevem times to collect footage of this beautiful jet for my A380 comeback video.
The weather was quite acceptable, escpially the A380 with the orange dots looked stunning. The autumn leafs in the background did their best to create a warm atomsphere for the mega airbus. The special colored A380 of Emirates also visited Düsseldorf already yesterday and of course I filmed it, but I wasn` t able to edit the video fast enaugh for today. Maybe next week I show you this incredible looking A380.

Superb A380 compilation.
23 March 2020! It was a dark moment, surely I can't forget that......... That is the day when Dubai international airport was closed, all of A380 was grounded. This is a glod moment to see A380 is back in the sky, let go of what you can't control.
Best flights in my life were on the Emirates' A380. It's a beautiful beast, a gentle giant and Emirates service is like Lufthansa in its golden era. So sad to see the A380 fall out of favor with many airlines.

Haben die in Düsseldorf einen neuen Kontrollturm? Sonst kenne ich nur diesen Turm mit dem Baukontainer drunter.
Düsseldorf hat zwei Control Tower. Der, den du meinst steht auf der Besucherterasse und ist nur für die Flieger auf dem Boden zuständig. Der große Tower kümmert sich um An- und Abflüge.
