Okay, seriously, gave me chills! The whole things was brilliantly put together, and 117 is one of the best tracks on Halo 4, perfectly matching Doctor Who in its epicness! Well done!
This is one the....no correction, this is THE greatest video I have ever seen. It sums up the energy, the exitement, the mystery and the sadness that is Doctor Who. Hats off to you good sirs, hats off indeed
This is by far the best 50th anniversary tribute I have come across. Everything about it was wonderful, and nearly brought me to tears. Brilliant, fantastic, etc. I congratulate you on a job very well done!
John Hurt who plays the Doctor who broke the promise. He has a cameo in "The Name of the Doctor" and guest stars in the 50th anniversary special in November.
Can I just say that your trailers are remarkably good. I may even admit the best fan trailer I've seen on RUclips or the whole internet for that matter. Brilliant stuff. There are so many songs you'd do well with blending it into a Doctor Who trailer... but I just have to say once again that this is "fantastic"!
*stands up an applauds* Instant fave! Seriously, this was wonderful. So many lovely little moments that I haven't seen for years, brilliant use of voice-overs, brilliant editing, great choice of music. You covered so many different aspects of the show, brought tears to my eyes and made me laugh. Stupendous work, boys, really.
Great Video . it was fntastic to see all the Doctors running around and you matched the scenes to the music perfectly especially near the emd where for me it is the best part (both of the video and the music)
This is the best tribute to Doctor Who I've seen RUclips. The clips, music and dialogue gel together so perfectly. It really reminded me of how much I love the show, regardless of the companion, writers, or Doctor leading it onwards. I positively had chills even on the second and third re-watches! Well done!
"I've been running all my lives. Through time and space... Every second of every minute of every day for over 900 years. I fought for peace in a universe at war. Now the time has come to face the choices I have made in the name of the Doctor. Our future depends on one single moment of one impossible day, the day I've been running from all my life... The Day of the Doctor." 50 years of time and space
The Eleventh Hour is my personal favorite, simply because that the episode that really made me dedicated, I watched "Father's Day" and "The End of Time", prior to that. I guess it actually started with Matt Smith introduction in "The End of Time", it was that... beautifully eccentric personality that really connected with me, and just like that I found My Doctor... It's gonna be a sad Christmas. But, after realizing that I saw Capaldi at work in the film "In the Loop"... I think this will be fun
I hope they show some of the fanmade trailers during the 50th anniversary. Especially the works of LastWhovian and the vortexguyz deserve to be shown to a huge audience on television. These edits would most definitely make the anniversary better! Fingers crossed ;)
Fantastic!!!! I loved it all, but especially the part where 10 is screaming as Rose falls toward the void overlayed by 11's speech...and the part about being the Destroyer of Worlds, with the great action moments. Bravo!!!
Love this, epic, gave me chills and goosebumps. What I especially like is that people often use the same quotes and footages when making these kind of videos when in truth there is so much more to choose from, and you really found some special and rare moments. Good work guys.
in the words of the 9th doctor..This was FANTASTIC...you just ramped up my excitement even more for the 50th..This would be perfect as an official trailer and once again the fans do it better than the BBC.
Spectacular video!!! You really have a remarkable talent. The only problem with this video was that it is somewhat difficult to distinguish the quotes from the background music. All in all, well done on another great video
Absolutely bloody fantastic. The editing skills of the both of you mix superbly well and you used Halo music! I bow down to the superiority of RUclips's finest
This gave me Chills, and I actually teared up a bit..... bloody FANTSTIC!!!! Now this is a video that really explains how freakin brilliant Doctor Who is!!!! Non Whovians will watch this and think, " Shit!! Ive been missing out" : )
Firstly: Halo 4 Soundtrack (one of my favourite soundtracks - I preferred it to any Halo prior oddly). Secondly, most importantly: bloody brilliant. Epic, moving, perfect editing, great choices, lots of unique clip choices. Top notch.
If you had to Show someone Doctor Who for the first time, I think this is something you should watch. It explains a lot of information that is hard to explain in person!
R.I.P Elisabeth Sladen 1 February 1946 - 19 April 2011 (aged 65) She Will Be Loved And Missed By All Of Us And Great Work Putting Her In This Video! So Sad :..(
I, in fact, have watched a bit of the classic series. Not too much, but I definitely love and respect it. Caves of Androzani, The Three/Five/Two Doctors, Genesis of the Daleks, the Key to Time series, An Unearthly Child, The Daleks, Edge of Destruction, Pyramid of Mars, Rememberance of the Daleks, City of Death, Spearhead in Space, and The Mind Robber off the top of my head. The reason I only put new series episodes is that they are the best episodes to introduce a modern newcomer to the show.
Beautiful, the music (yeah a little loud towards the end), the scenes you selected, it all captures the essence of Doctor Who in a way that makes the heart go faster :) Question: where is the dialogue at 0:56 from?
3rd to 4th Regeneration I made using fantamorph and sony vegas, the 6th - 7th regeneration was from the special features on Time and the rani (with a slight adjustment in sony vegas)
I think it'd be amazing to have an updated version of this trailer with some new regenerations, more War Doctor, and other 50th stuff.
i shed a tear when he said sarah jane was his best friend. best doctor companion combo.

Very moving and lovely to see so many clips from the past and present. I wonder if we will see similar things on tv this year. Hope so.

That, was bloody brilliant! Seriously the BBC needs to hire you two!!!

Spectacular video!!! You really have a remarkable talent. The only problem with this video was that it is somewhat difficult to distinguish the quotes from the background music. All in all, well done on another great video
Breath taking and many applause!
