Its strap is there. It's the same way hiking backpacks work, it takes the weight off your shoulders and puts it on your hips, you can walk all day long without it bothering your back or shoulders. Assuming you're wearing it right and that's actually how it's designed, and it's not just there for looks.

If you look it up, it will tell you, commas and periods go INSIDE of the quotes, when continuing or ending.
