Third story had no intention to steal but to kidnap Sarah because when he first knocked on the door and the babysitter opened the door he was making sure that Sarah wasn’t alone because if she was he would definitely have kidnapped her. Basically that old man has intention of kidnapping or something similar

@fockit8340 I'd be willing to bet drugs. Probably weed. I'm guessing that his dealer fronted him a pound or something large. I'm going to say when Thomas was probably expecting some grade A weed but was probably a bunch of seeds and stalks or something not to his satisfaction. So he had his dealer take it back which caused the argument. And this ended up probably really bumming Thomas out because selling weed was probably his main source of income and now he's out of a job....
