HNNNNNGH when rain killed darktail he wasnt smiling or anything, he was emotionless and did it for the good of the clan and needletail, not for power. He does look at violetpaw but it is never said madly or if he wanted to kill her.
Mhh nope , when he thought he killed darktail the book said he turned around SATISFIED, also if darktail had died who do you think would have become the new leader? and when he sees that violetpaw saw the whole thing he literally was going to kill her ,she says it herself that if it weren’t for darktail, rain would have definitely killed her , check out the warriors wiki pal cuz I did for making this part
GEKKOZILLA nope, satisfied could be a lot of facial expressions: such as relief darktails reign is over, that he can have needletail, and that he could be a better leader. I know that he would be a better leader after but it is never said that he is more evil than darktail. And from the shock of darktails death violet could of been imagining things, such as him wanting to kill her.
I mean whatever anyone says ill always love rain and see him as the good guy, he doesnt deserve the evil everyone portrays him as. He truly loved needletail and she loved him back.
TidalWave Oceanclan duuuuude are u kidding me rain was even worse than darktail , u know that scene when darktail ripped his eye off? It started because rain thought that they should invade ShadowClan and take over their camp but darktail was just fine with what they had at the moment but then rain just tells him that he’s got softer ,,they fight ,darktail wins and then claws his eye to assure he doesn’t challenge his leadership again, if u find rain a good cat that’s your opinion and also this is my interpretation of the scene and I can make rain tap dance in joy if I want , u are just as annoying as someone complaining over eye or fur color
