Your stromanthe needs more light. I grow mine directly in front of a west facing window. Since I got it. I didn’t know at the time they were second story plants that need a lower light but mine has loved it. During the heights of summer I pull the blinds down when the din hits the window, for a few hours.

Treat your ags as you would Hoyas. Just let them dry out completely before watering again. Mid to low light for them unlike the bright light that Hoyas like.
