    Thank you for this video, Lucy! Maybe you can also do a video on the if-clauses. In AE it has become super common to say: 'If I would have known this I would have done it differently'. Also people tend to skip the past perfect saying something like: 'If I knew this I would have done it differently' instead of 'If I had known this I would have done it differently.'

      I would say "Had I known this, I would have done it differently" - just a different way of saying it.

    Nice one Lucy. I got 5/5 but I have to admit I often struggle with that one, especially because I work with both English and American colleagues 🙂. Another one which I found tricky is whether to use singular or plural after every+noun and each+noun

      I'd like to admit that I'm still learning english and not sufficiently good at english.But,in my knowledge, you have to use singular noun after every and each.

    (Native speaker from south USA), You explain things well. After I finish this video I will go looking for one on who/whom. I mostly get it right if it is obvious like the object of a preposition, but in some cases I'm not sure.

    7:42 This always intervened with my confidence because I tend to stop and thinking when I realize 'ohh it's more than one, I should change it's - causing me to rephrase my sentence but most of the time, awkwardly.
    During school I learned British English but as I'm growing older, I realize I'm actually using American English 🤭

    I got five out of five (5/5) ma'am actually my grammar is quite good because I used to be a student of cds, ssc and cgl examinations ma'am, so i had to learn grammar rules in the depths....
    But I'm not good at speaking that's why I'm endeavouring to hone my wimpish English by watching your videos...
    I'm just keeping my fingers crossed so that i can do it.
