Hello, will this work on 2010 Citroen c3 Picasso 1.6 hdi for Odometer Correction . I changed the fuse box as the central locking stopped working, and my car millage changed from my 48000 to 137000 as the fuse box was second hand £25 off another car.
Any 10-year-old car in the US is exempt from Odometer reporting, they don’t care how many miles it has on it, you can buy a car with 500,000 miles on it and lower the odometer the 20,000 miles, it doesn’t make any difference, it is exempt so nobody cares about the mileage as it does not affect the value of the car after 10 years, so a 10-year-old car with 1,000,000 miles on it is worth exactly the same as a 10-year-old car with 1 mile on it

Some cars just cant be programmed through the OBD port. You need to remove the eeprom and use a programmer that can talk directly to the chip and change the appropriate address.
i just reveived my x300m device today, did the full registration and downloaded the software program. the first car i tried it on was a pontiac g5 2007 and when i put the new mileage on it says ‘breakdown communication’..i also noticed in the dash screen a little yellow car with a lock on it which i think it’s maybe a security to not being able to get into the car computer……i need info please, don’t know if i did something wrong or if it just doesn;t work for that type of car put the pontiac g5 is in the list for mileage adjustment so whats wrong?

You need to put ignition on while the obd machine is connected.

i actually found one that works on my 2008 jeep grand cherokee. you have to find one that limits to a few vehicles

Asention just replace it with an OEM cluster and get the dealer to program it.
You need to disconnect the battery for 5 minutes and reconnect and ready
