How do you get a Master’s Equivalency for MBA (2 years)

The hardest part of ECA is to decide which ECA body to select. It gets very confusing. You know what I am talking about, right?
It was a tough decision. I had a friend of mine on my side, Abdul Wajid. (If you are watching this video, Thank You, Man, Credit goes to you, my friend.)

When it comes to ECA, WES seems like the only option. Everyone around you is going for WES. Many people do not even know that there are other ECA bodies, which are as legit as WES is. I found out about CES that it is lenient for a south Asian MBA. I quickly made the decision and went ahead with it.
I chose CES because of one person after I found a kind person on Facebook, named Umer Farooq. He had a similar, 2 years MBA. Trust me, I did not find any other recommendation from a person with the same degree. I went with his advice. (Umer Farooq, if you are here, someday, watching this video, Credit goes to you, my friend)
· I have been advocating CES. What you choose for yourself, select it for others.
· It has paid me off, Alhamdulillah
On the guidelines provided by a mentor, Mr. Faz Ansari, I have to clear out a few things. I had given strict Fatwas before. However, trust me; I wanted everyone else to not repeat the same mistakes that I committed.
1. You can upload CNIC on CES portal, Passport is not mandatory.
2. You can pay CES before or after HEC attestation (it does not make a difference)
3. You can send only a Master’s degree, if not applying for SINP
4. You can ask for uploading your attested documents later. Later like 4 months then, okay?
5. Your original degree, if attested already, does not need a new attestation. Only your colored copies need fresh attestation.
6. You could upload your stamped original documents on the CES portal if your documents were already sent physically.
My Confused Friends:
Hundreds of messages that I receive are about confusion. I did not know the first thing about ECA. Let me share a mistake with you, I uploaded degree front, and I could not find a space for uploading the degree’s back (I uploaded it in the space reserved for Degree Translations)
It is okay to make mistakes. Please make mistakes. Do not worry too much. If you find ONE person who had a similar degree as yours and had an excellent ECA outcome. Use his experience and go with it.
My trick? Jump into the process as soon as you can. That is all.

I applied through ICES on 17 feb 2020 and got my ECA on 29 April 2020.
On ICES you required only highest degree to be evaluated and there is option that your university can send the documents via email through institutional email id which must be traceable.
I applied with 2 years masters degree in clinical optometry ( Chitkara university India) and got it evaluated as Canadian masters.

Outcome of your video is that go for either SES or WES if you have master degree from abroad or from any of english country, if you have this degree from Pakistan then either it ses or west they will not evaluate you for master,
Final suggestion which you should have mentioned on top is that go for WES because all are same.
I believe you misunderstood the video.
This video is for MBA Degree holders. Pakistani MBA gets Masters.

IQAS organization are not accepting the ECA anymore, so i am going to get equivalence from CES.
@@Future.Canadians My original documents and photocopy(black and white) both are already attested from HEC, but as you already know HEC provides attestation on the backside of the Degree.
The original attested degree will work or not for CES? or do I need to get attestation on coloured copies? as coloured copies get the attestation on the front side of the copies.
If the attestation is fresh, it is fine.

AA, I have already send my MBA degree following the same process. Now I intend to send B.Sc degree as well to CES. I have done my B.Sc degree attestation from HEC in the past. Now I have to follow same HEC process for photocopy attestation or I can do photocopy of existing degree with HEC stamp & send to CES via DHL portal. Please confirm this notion. Thanks !

Hi bro I am in Canada now I am going to apply for PR so I need my MBA degree Wes so the issue is that I did 1.5 MBA but I also did research so In Pakistan it is equal to MS 18 year but on title of degree is written 1.5 if you ask from HEC they give us equality letter so what I do when I am doing Wes how I am going to prove my degree is 2year not 1.5

CES evaluate only one degree either master or bachelor. They charge additional for bachelor if you opt for master or vice versa?? Is that true.
In IQAS they do not charge additional fees for multiple degree

If you have two PGDM, you cannot gain Masters Equivalency for that.

If you have 4 years bachelors and 2 years Masters, you've high chances of Masters Equivalency.

For a tom, both degrees are a must
If you send one degree, it does not get a tom, it is bachelors only.
For gaining two bachelors, obviously you need to send both degrees innit

We want to spend less time on ECA. My husband has a BBA 4 YEARS AND MASTERS 2 YEARS. Will WES is a good option since it is consuming less time.

Hi Ali, my wife has 3 years BSC honors and 1 year MSc from Karachi University. Which ECA body will be the best? Moreover, should we get both the degrees assessed as you said some Pnp programs ask for all post secondary credentials assessments. Asking as multiple assessments will cost more except in case of IQAS. Looking forward to your advise. Thanks

What option to choose from
For Federal (IRCC) Immigration Programs
OR
Both Federal (IRCC) Immigration and Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP). By selecting this option, I agree to have CES share my ECA with provincial and/or territorial nominee program officials in addition to IRCC.
If you are applying for pnp, choose the latter

Seems difficult, you can try with CES/ICES/IQAS... But, I don't think there is a chance for 16 years of education, other than MBA...

Currently i am doing job which is linked with my bachelor's education. I have done masters in some other field. I have applied for ces eca for my masters since it is my highest degree of education..
I'll be applying for NOC related to my bachelors based job.. So will I need ECA of my bachelor's degree as well?
and any update or prediction for fsw? will there be any draw on wednesday or they are going to take break for 2-3 yrs .
no they can't take break of this much time. it is expected to begin their draws soon and if we take the worst case scenario, by April they have to start.

Amrita, they should be conducting FSW draws from March. But 472 is low before May.

I believe there is no separat body like MCC or PEBC for PT. You should choose WES.

If there is backlog in masters and there is gap so what shall i give reason for gap or shall I give 2 years back then from receiving degree.

Salam! Brother I have done BBA-H(4years) then MBA (2Years) but a catch is that degree shows two years (2012 to 2013) but in transcript Courses are for one year (2012 spring to 2012 Fall) and I got ECA from WES for graduation not master!! Now how can I get Master Equivalency?? Plz
One last thing that after 2012 courses I have done thesis in 2013 so degree completed in 2013 …

As we send photocopies to HEC for sealed envelope do we need to have photocopies of those atttested photocopies for our record, do we require them at a later stage or we don't need to worry about them?
HEC recommends making copies of the attested documents before packaging it in a sealed envelope.
But that is possible during physical visit.

I have Smart Nadra Card. The front side is ok but back side the address is in urdu. Is it need to be in english too if yes from where I can get ID card translated. So much confusion
