The farm is situated on the western slopes of the Piketberg mountains. infrastructure is in a very good condition and the fences, roads and irrigation equipment are well kept. The current owner spent a lot of money on the upkeeping and farming activities in recent times.
There are three houses and three labourer cottages. The main house is 275 m2, second house 250 m2 and the third 115 m2. The three sheds are 720 m2, 180 m2 and 130 m2 respectively. Irrigated land of 48 ha, consisting of four circles of 12 ha each. The four pivot irrigation systems, as well as the irrigation pumps, are included. Dryland arable area is 478 ha, river wetlands of approximately 30 ha, with the balance mainly mountainous land and fynbos. The soil and climate are suitable for the production of winter grain and legumes. The pivots are used for supplementary irrigation for wheat fields, as well as for the production of hay for the livestock on the farm.
The farm has a water license for 70 000 cubic meters per annum, taken from the river that is running through the farm.
