Metro Retro Basics: Design and Meeting mode

Metro Retro boards have two modes: Design and Meeting.
Design Mode is for building the board, and Meeting Mode is for collaborating with others. The tools available will change depending on the mode selected.
The person who starts the Meeting becomes the Meeting Host, and they get access to a set of Host controls at the top of the screen, including polls, ready check, tool selection, private writing and Hide Identities (Anonymous Mode).
In Meeting mode, the meeting Host can choose which tools are available to participants at any time, and is the only person who can edit the board layout (by switching back to Design Mode).
