Metro Retro has the Ping tool to virtually point at an element or group of elements on the board. Pings are animated arrows that bounce up and down, and gradually fade out. If someone makes a Ping arrow off-screen, you can click the Ping to be taken to that they're pointing at.

Hi Fausto, thanks for asking. Version 2 is the paid version, which is now in Early Access. The free version is separate, you can continue to use it.
