Very nice editing. I hope you enjoyed your vist to Morocco. what saddens me is seeing videos that shows only the desert from Morocco which is very misleading for people who never seen the country. I hope you'll get the chance to visit us again and discover the rest of the land.

Hallo erstmal,
Habt ihr einen Originalen MB Sprinter mit dem Allrad von Oberaigner,oder hat das Fahrzeug einen Permanent Allrad Antrieb und wurde umgebaut??.Ich frage deswegen,weil wir (meine Frau und ich)uns für dieses Jahr auch einen MB Sprinter bestellt haben,jedoch mit Werkseitigen 4x4 .Leider habe ich nicht so recht Ahnung,was der Originale 4x4 im im Stand ist im Gelände zu leisten,Daher meine Frage.
Würde mich über eine Antwort freuen,liebe Grüße 😀
Hallo Roland, das ist ein original Allrad von Mercedes. Ich wünsch euch viel Freude mit eurem Mercedes. Wie ihr sehen könnt, kommt ihr damit gut voran auch abseits der Strassen.
@@camperx2460 Mensch toll für die schnelle Antwort, wir haben uns ein Wohnmobil von der Manufaktur CS -Reisemobile bestellt, das Modell Cosmo 4 × 4 mit sechs Zylinder (einer der letzten) hab mir euer Video angesehen war sehr gut, mir ist auch aufgefallen ihr hattet auch keinen Schnorchel drauf, gerade wenn man in Wüstenregion unterwegs ist hat man viel Staub Ausgesetzt und daher würde sich das auch gut eignen und ich wusste auch nicht welchen Allrad antrieb ihr habt.Trotzdem danke für die schnelle Antwort, hab euch abonniert um mal bei euch reinzuschauen. Habt weiter viel Spaß Grüße Roland
@@rolandzelder8983 der Schnorchel ist sicherlich praktisch. Jedoch geht es auch gut ohne. Dafür einfach regelmässig den Luftfilter rausnehmen und ausblasen. Haben wir schon so auf der Panamerica Expedition gemacht. Viele Grüsse Jonas

You do not need it everywhere, but in deep and steep sand or mud it is essential.

Toller Film. Ich schätze es ist ein 319CDI? Und, genügend Power beim Dünensurfen ;-)? Bei 0:41 ist eine Routensoftware zu sehen, was ist das für eine? Gibt es irgendwo eine genauere Reiseroutenbeschreibung von der Tour?
Vielen Dank, es ist ein 316er mit kurzer Untersetzung. Die App wird Viewranger gennant. Falls eine Routenbeschreibung kommen wird, werde ich diese auf www.camperx.ch stellen. Grüsse
Hey, nice Video! ;) I looking now for a Sprinter to live a long time in it and thinking about the Engine, if the biggest one 120kw is necessary. I Think 4x4 is for off road relevant too... mh. Really apriciate about some Tips, maybe you know a forum for detailed questions too. Wish you a great journey!
I had 2010 , 516 Sprinter long base with 4 rear wheels and 120Kw 162 hp. 2.1 liter diesel. This machine takes 2,5 up to 3 tons of cargo and runs quite easily on KZ roads. Modern diesel engines are quite capable of taking huge weight, so if you are thinking what Sprinter to buy, look for 2009-2015 Sprinter, 313, 315, 316 series, with OM651 engine 2.1 liters.
313 series means - 3 divided jn half is 1,5 tons and 13+0 is a horse power. 3 series can take more weight due to stiffer suspension. But if you are looking for 4×4 version, as far I know you can get only 3 liter diesel engine. OM 656 engine series, thats a great and pretty reliable engines if you change filters and oils in time. All of this engines are iron block and has abundant of torque and power even if you overload it, checked personally))
Just be sure to find Sprinter without rust and corrosion. Cause its metal is apt to rust easily in harsh weather conditions, so after buying make sure to coat with anti-rust underneath of the car. If you have another questions would love to answer

I'm thinking about getting a Sprinter, and wonder whethers this one is stock Mercedes or you've had rear diff lockers fitted. How does it behave on sand and mud? I've read that the traction control (ASR) can be a bit limiting, and even if you switch it off, it can switch itself back on if it "thinks" the wheels are spinning too much. Have you had any problems of this sort? Any real-world info I can gather from people who've actually used it off-road is tremendously valuable! Thanks and keep the wonderful videos coming!
Thank you so much for this comment. We have a normal 4x4 sprinter, with camperX suspension and bigger tires. The 4x4 works really good if the asr is off. In some harder offroad sections the asr tried to regulate the power, but you can put it off again. Overall better than expecteted and i need nothing more.
@@camperx2460 Thanks for replying so quickly! Wow, that's great news! The whole torque-throttling and ASR switching itself back on had me worrying about its offroad capabilities...What a relief! (I hope that hasn't changed in this year's model; yours is 2018, right?).
Also good to know that Mercedes' EDS is actually good enough that you haven't missed having a rear differential locker :-) (have you had any serious situations, like wheel-lift, that required it?)
So overall, it's living up to (or exceeding!) your expectations. Great! And yeah, some good tires really go a long way. I'm thinking of the BG Goodrich KO2 All-terrains

@@travsformation1 btw ASR or other stability control systems are just a van issue, especially in desert driving, we do a lot of desert driving here in the UAE, and that's the first thing we do here find a way to stop these systems, in addition sometimes we install what is called a "kill switch" that makes sure these systems are properly off. I am talking about proper 4x4s that suffers from this issue, like fj cruisers, gmc trucks, etc ...
But man this van looks amazing !!! and performing really nicely in the desert !!!

Ist ein sprinter 2018 mit 4x4 und ca. 170 PS.
Dachte eher welcher Typ und welches zulässiges Gesamtgewicht
@@walkingmike9489 Das ist ein von uns camperX umgebauter L2H2 in der 3.5 Tonnen Klasse.
look that you are heavy with the Mercedes the Mercedes to have you rear ration the floor has a double step and height has 20 cm more with which it staggers like a flag the body that is quite good is that of the citroen jumper the peugeot boxer or the Fiat Ducato that body is lower and wider with which you can sleep wide in the mercedes can not sleep wide because you have to sleep along which it loses that space and if what we want is 4-wheel drive because it is time for the Mercedes to put the batteries eh and put a hybrid engine of 200 hp as for example the Toyota RAV4 with front wheel drive and two electric motors to the intelligent rear wheel drive and in this way we have a body that we can sleep to the widths that does not have a second step which is lower in height. and by the way that Mercedes since it pays so much to put quality paint, I have a white Sprinter and it gets rust points without any blow
